4.5 Aug 26, 2020Working with BetterWorld has been wonderful. They are incredibly responsive. Our biggest problem was with our old vendor and their unwillingness to cooperate with the transition. However, even with that challenge, BetterWorld was patient, but persistent and worked through every challenge and barrier that was put in their path by this old company. For me it is the level of expertise that BetterWorld has or has access to that most impresses me. I have quickly come to trust their advice and judgement.

5.0 Aug 16, 2016Icreon participates in our daily scrum calls and standup meetings. They're working with the same project management tools and are partnered with our internal developers. We have a team in our office and a team outside of our office. These teams have to manage projects together using good Agile practices. Icreon also provides 24/7 support when there is a need to track issues, fix bugs, and so on. Having a New York shift and an India shift has been an advantage. Icreon is large and experienced enough to meet our very complicated needs. At the same time, they are also small enough to have c-level executives reachable by phone. We have conversations about specific project concerns and we also have great conversations from one executive to another. This made Icreon feel like a family. Icreon has been extremely receptive to being my partner, in this regard. I'm definitely a hands-on client, and Icreon has welcomed this.

5.0 Dec 4, 2013Fantastic. I’m thrilled with them and their performance. Our account representative is fantastic with managing the various projects. Everything has always come in within budget and on time, unless there has been a major delay on our part. There have been a couple of times where my foundation has held things up, but even in those cases they have been able to accommodate us. I have been extremely pleased that from their end, everything runs on time, and we have a project schedule to which we strictly adhere. The quality of work is great, too. There have been a couple of projects where we were upgrading the Sitecore system; we had to upgrade from Sitecore 6.1 to 6.5. We didn’t know if there were going to be some bugs with it just because the website was not originally written by Delphic. That upgrade was completely flawless. Projects never come in early and under-budget; that never happens. I feel very confident in working with them, and that’s largely why this year we’re jumping into such large projects with them. They have a proven track record with us.
