We originally brough LISS on to accomplish several key goals involving cloud migration, increasing security protocols, and bring our technology to a more modern approach.  

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Liss has gone above and beyond regarding every project we have collaborated on.  Once the relationship with LISS began we came up with a roadmap for taking our current infrastructure to a more modern approach to technology.  They have walked us through each milestone to make sure we were comfortable regarding the budget and processes.  When something had to be altered to fit our current system they were not shy about sharing alternative ideas and plans that could help accomplish goals in a similar and more effective matter that fit into our culture and goals.

LISS has done everything it needs to for projects to be finished promptly and according to the original scope that was laid out.  Having access to an account rep and a project manager has been instrumental for open lines of communication collaborating on the task at hand and accomplishing our goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Compared to other providers we have used before LISS was much more willing to listen to us and provide what we needed. They were not trying to fit a square peg into a circle hole.  Each company has a different culture and values and technology needs to be able to acclimate to what works best for each team member as well as the company as a whole.  This relationship has shown me that there are companies that do care about our team and our individual even with something as stringent as security and technology.    

Are there any areas for improvement or something LISS Technologies could have done differently?

When first working with LISS some of the strategic calls were a little in the weeds and went over some of the less technical savvy team members,  As the relationship grew and we learned everyone's cadence we were able to tailer calls based on the individual skill set of who was present.
