Following launch, significant product development continued to add features and functions in response to customer feedback. The product was very well received by both patients and providers, and led to significant growth of the install base and revenue generation for the company. While the team delivered on average more than a release of new features per week, the product platform also proved to be extremely reliable - we did not experience a single minute of application downtime in our first year of commercial operation.
