5.0 Jul 22, 2020We use a Microsoft Teams channel to communicate for the project, and they’ve shifted their hours to help manage the project more effectively. We have a scheduled meeting at 11 AM our time every day which their team joins very late at night for them, and even into the early afternoon, we see their activity and the work they’re producing for us, which helps tremendously. Even when we ran into potential roadblocks, such as a delay in our initial time estimate for the project, their flexibility and collaborative attitude was a highlight. We asked them what we needed to do to get back on track for production and had an open dialogue about it, and in the end, were able to reach a compromise where they added a few more people to the team and we removed a couple elements so that we could stick to that timeline.
