Mojo Trek has provided us with a number of contractors in the US and South America.  These contractors assisted in the development of our Accelerate platform and integrating our legacy modules with the platform.  Roles filled include development, quality assurance (including automation), and sprint management.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful delivery of the platform is imminent.  Mojo Trek's team members are performing consistently well in high-profile spots on the team.

Mojo Trek has been incredibly responsive to whatever we've asked of them over the last decade that I've worked with them (across 3 different companies).  They provide excellent candidates who meet stringent qualifications far quicker than our in-house recruiting operation.  It's the difference between wading through 100s of resumes to find the right candidate, and wading through 4.

The quality of their candidate vetting is second to none.  We get fantastic candidates with far less effort from my team.

Mojo Trek has always responded positively to criticism when given.  Anything I'd ask them to do differently, I'm confident they'd just do.

I’m the CEO of Alphabot. We’re a financial research investments platform, creating an environment where a synergy of modern technologies combine to increase efficiency and effectiveness of alternative investment research.

We hired Mojo Trek to recruit our developers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We tell them what specialists we need and they come back to us with a few suggestions. They then narrow down their search to our specific needs. From there, we interview and screen the candidates ourselves. 

What is the team composition?

I work with a few people from their team. 

How did you come to work with Mojo Trek?

I’ve known them through a chain of personal connections. We needed a specific skill set, which isn’t easy, so after asking around, Mojo Trek seemed like the best choice. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2017 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

As a recruiter, their performance is based on the quality of people they bring to us and I am very happy with the outstanding work they’ve done. I’ve been using the specialist they helped us find for a number of years, which is great. 

All of the developers produce high-quality work at a competitive price so they did a good job finding them. I’m getting exactly what I want from working with the developers they recruited for us.

How did Mojo Trek perform from a project management standpoint?

We have flexible deadlines, but they find the developers for the time we need them. They resolve issues very quickly and ensure they’re meeting our needs. The team is willing to help with problems that come up as quickly as possible. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It has been a pleasure to work with them, they’re professional and excellent. I’m satisfied with the results because it’s exactly what I want, so working with them is worth the effort. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Of course, I wish it were cheaper, but in reality, it’s a competitive marketplace. There’s not really anything they can improve because they’re very close to being the top-notch provider anyone can think of. I have no complaints.
