Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Alphabot. We’re a financial research investments platform, creating an environment where a synergy of modern technologies combine to increase efficiency and effectiveness of alternative investment research.
What challenge were you trying to address with Mojo Trek?
We hired Mojo Trek to recruit our developers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We tell them what specialists we need and they come back to us with a few suggestions. They then narrow down their search to our specific needs. From there, we interview and screen the candidates ourselves.
What is the team composition?
I work with a few people from their team.
How did you come to work with Mojo Trek?
I’ve known them through a chain of personal connections. We needed a specific skill set, which isn’t easy, so after asking around, Mojo Trek seemed like the best choice.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in June 2017 and our engagement is ongoing.

Are there any areas they could improve?
Of course, I wish it were cheaper, but in reality, it’s a competitive marketplace. There’s not really anything they can improve because they’re very close to being the top-notch provider anyone can think of. I have no complaints.
