I think one thing that would have been helpful, was related to a resource that needed additional time out of the office. We would have liked to have seen them bring us a plan for risk mitigation rather than us asking for it, but in the end we got to a very good place.

Jahnel Group was focused on target deadlines and ensured that we were prioritizing work that was part of the original project scope. We made adjustments during our engagement such as varying QA resources and pulling in UX designers as required. We had 2 or 3 points during the project where we made adjustments in what resources Jahnel Group was allocating to our project and they were happy to work with us to make adjustments.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the visibility that Jahnel Group creates around whether we are on track to hit deliverables and this information has allowed us to make adjustments (to the team or project scope) well in advance to hit our deadlines.

Their culture is beyond any I've ever seen before. Employees of Jahnel Group seem to love working there and it shows through our interaction with the employees we've worked with.

We can also see and feel the commitment to our success as a company with every on-time deliverable, the follow-ups and check-ins, timely communication of information, the list goes on. They are a well-oiled machine that gets shit done and gets it done right.

We had a discovery session and then worked in sprints. We started in Jan and had a major milestone by April which was to deliver an almost-fully clickable product. And then June was the deadline for final product delivery. Jahnel Group not only met, but exceeded expectations, and delivered early so that we had plenty of time to fine-tune prior to those milestones.

While we focus on hybrid IT, we are an environments company, meaning we focus on hosting and infrastructure. While we do automation development relevant to hosting, we are not an application development firm, so when it comes to serving our customers' custom application development needs, it is essential for us to have solid partners who can deliver to the standards we hold ourselves to.

For this particular project, our customer needed a post-production pipeline created, which could automate creation of personalized videos based from raw media assets, as well as metadata about the recipient. Due to the natural business cycle our customer experienced, deadlines were aggressive and critical to business success.

The team worked within Google Cloud to design, develop and monitor an API product that delivers real-time results of our cloud analysis. This required extensive work within the GCP ecosystem of services like Datastore, Cloud Functions, Ingest, Compute, BigQuery, PubSub and other technologies to make a best-in-class yet still efficient environment.

3 people in their team worked with us across development and strategy. This was required so the work is done as efficiently as possible while we then had a to-the-blade engineer implement the work.

We were able to launch our flagship product and subsequent 2nd version of this into the marketplace supporting brand new customers. This was the target and we couldn't be happier with creating our offering together.

Project Management was purposefully light since our team has extensive technical and product experience. We worked within an agile environment and this allowed the Jahnel software engineer to be integrated directly to our team.

The ability to adapt and work as an extension of the team. We don't like any relationships where it is "throw over the wall". With Jahnel Group, Inc. we were able to have a singular team and our approach to a common goal.

We discussed the idea of documentation up front and have begin doing that further downstream. I would be critical on both my own team and the Jahnel team here so we can understand the value and a way to prevent "doing it all at once" for certain non-functional pieces of making a complete product.
