While the overall collaboration with ARDURA Consulting has been very fruitful and has brought a number of benefits, there are several areas where we see potential for further development. We would like to see more emphasis on interdisciplinary knowledge sharing between data analytics specialists and mobile app developers, which could lead to even deeper integration of analytics data with app functionality. 

In addition, while the response time for providing specialists was impressive, we suggest that a more detailed onboarding process for new team members be implemented to further reduce training time and ensure a smoother transition to effective work. These small adjustments can have a significant impact on productivity and synergy in future projects.

One area that could be improved is the internal communication between different members of the project team. We found that the integration of feedback from the end customer to the development team could be smoother, which could reduce the response time to minor corrections and changes in specifications. 

In addition, while the project management methods were effective, we suggest that additional training in agile methodologies should be considered to further improve the team's adaptability and responsiveness to changing project conditions. Overall, the collaboration was fruitful, and these suggestions can be a valuable addition to ARDURA Consulting's already high standard of work.
