RCS Professional as been our IT company that we have used for over 20 years. They are helpful, reliable and easy to work with. They are knowledgeable in their field and have always been able to manage our IT needs.

RCS Professional has set budgets and goals for us and we also have quarterly meetings to make sure that we are all on the same page with our IT infrastructure and anything that needs updating. They have always provided great service.

We like the personal touch of having a relationship with RCS Professional management for over 20 years. They know us and we know them and that makes it a better working arrangement for all of us.

Occasionally they have some staff turnover which leads to us getting service techs that don't know our setup well, but it has never been detrimental and we can always work through it.

Rcs was hired to help us build a cloud-based HIPAA compliant environment and lockdown outside access to the environment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We prepared an RFP and they were the best solution and price for the problem that we faced

We had our data spread across multiple platforms and saas applications this was not compliant and we had no control over what employees and contractors could do with the data. RCS came up with a secure environment in Azure using Sharepoint to satisfy the compliance need and get all our data in one location as well as allowed us remote access from anywhere anytime over multiple devices securely. THey also training the users on how to use and access the system.

Many from Level 3 techs to level 1 tech to include assistance from the owner. They also did weekly check-in calls during the entire process.

We now have MFA turned on and have moved to Microsoft 365 and have a compliant locked-down system that has allowed us to offer our services to much more industrys, all while making it simple and easy to use.

They had a reliable team of experts that were there for us 24x7. They also documented everything and gave us access to the information.

Their team worked well with ours and they listened to the issues and came up with slid solutions, they provided training and support above and beyond.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been with RCS since before I worked for the company. So, I cannot be sure of any deciding factors used in selecting your services.

Your IT team has been integral in setting up our workstations, network, and servers. They also help to maintain the overall functionality of all of our devices and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We tend to simply submit tickets when issues occur and whichever technician finishes up first reaches out to help us with it. However, more often than not. We get assigned to Harris, one of the best IT professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. He is extremely polite and knowledgeable, and I have yet to run into a situation where Harris was not able to find a solution for us. I cannot say enough good things about Harris. I look forward to my interactions with him and sincerely believe he is a valuable asset to your company.

Every ticket we submit is handled in a timely manner and we have yet to find an issue that RCS was unable to solve.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow between our company and RCS is well established and runs smoothly. We submit tickets, they respond in a timely manner, and then we work together towards a solution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I find it quite impressive how many issues they are able to handle completely remote. Even with many hardware issues they can simply walk you through them over the phone which expedites the process since you aren't waiting for a technician to show up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The automated information provided when a case is completed can be a bit confusing and lacking at times. Otherwise, I cannot think of any other significant areas for improvement.

Availability was great. Didn't have to be on hold when on the phone, and appreciated quick follow-up once help ticket was submitted.
