We needed cybersecurity support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NopalCyber provides ongoing support and security services, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and network security monitoring. The process started with NopalCyber working with our CTO to identify their capabilities and define the scope of work. The team did some initial testing before we contracted them. 

After that, our technical teams worked together to perform more testing and install monitoring on our network. NopalCyber provides remote services.

We started working together in the third quarter of 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

NopalCyber communicates well. Our CTO is our primary contact, and I monitor the communication. The team is very thorough, and the project comes in on time and on budget with a very high level of satisfaction from us. We communicate via email.

NopalCyber’s quality and capabilities, combined with their price, are the main drivers of our happiness.

No, I think it’s been a seamless project.
