To list the impact which 12 Tech has created here are a few milestones/outcomes we have achieved: All our repetitive tasks are fully automated. CI/CD pipelines run fully automated without any manual intervention. In the ops space, we have a comprehensive production monitoring and alerting setup and the stakeholders get notified in case there are any issues. We have a comprehensive logging and telemetry setup that helps us investigate issues and find root causes. Our entire cloud environment is fully secure. We have confirmed this by checking our compliance with popular industry security frameworks like CIS, AWS Well-Architected Security Pillar etc. Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? Fantastic. They seem to have streamlined processes that are very mature and are able to function optimally. What was your primary form of communication with 12 Tech? Virtual Meeting Email or Messaging App What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? Their work ethics. Are there any areas for improvement or something 12 Tech could have done differently? There is always room for improvement, but we are talking about small details that I really can't recall.
