Ergonized helped National IDA create a website with built-in membership, lead management and reporting functionality, making the entire experience seamless and useful – for both employees and customers.

Trip Planning App

Ergonized helped Safari Reviews create a system for safari tour information. On the website we created, users can easily browse and compare safari tours, leave reviews, and book or enquire for further information. The entire purpose of the site was to ensure the visitors have all the information they need in one organized place to make informed decisions on their safari tour booking.

Online Medical Portal

Ergonized created an organized, affordable way for hospitals to purchase medical inventories from suppliers. Removing the middle-man between hospitals and manufacturers is a vital step to making inventories more affordable – and more profitable for suppliers.

Exact Data – Lead Management System

ExactData is a company located in USA. Their unique offer is marketing data for both B2C and B2B specific target audiences. When they came to the point where internal IT staff capabilities were not enough, they needed to get assistance with complex development issues from outside. ExactData met Ergonized, and we became that development partner with a global presence to match their own.

Auto Insurance App

Ergonized created a website that allowed PAG (Payne Auto Group’s) clients to navigate the world of auto insurance. Choosing the best option can be complex when it comes to insuring vehicles. We helped create an organized, easy-to-use system to calculate and predict insurance for their clients’ vehicles.

Added to this, Ergonized helped PAG connect their website to their CRM to help make the entire process seamless and help improve the quality of customer service they offer to vehicle owners in Southern Texas.

Recommendation Software

Ergonized helped REC create innovative software that recommends phones to users based on intelligent data. Recommendations follow trends in user behaviour, allowing REC to make sophisticated, personalized suggestions. We created a calculator that takes in REC’s market data to deliver this innovative solution to their customers.

Mobile Event Planner

Ergonized helped Champions 2016 create a streamlined application for their event in Amsterdam. The app was designed to make sure visitors had all the information they needed to make their stay effortless and stress-free.


We implemented features such as a calendar, transportation information, a virtual assistant, and local restaurant and entertainment recommender. Our designers and developers made sure the app was easy to navigate and as useful to users as possible.

Vehicle Repair App

Car repair – specifically for Japanese cars – has always been tricky and expensive. That’s why Ergonized helped S-Line Service to create one website that contained everything an owner needs to fix their problem. We created a streamlined hub where users could select their information effortlessly – and choose what service or spare part they’d like to purchase.

Office Space Finder

We created an online hub to help businesses in London rent ideal office spaces for their businesses. The website helps walk businesses through the process and access all the information required to achieve the difficult task of finding a well-located, professional office to rent in one of the world’s busiest, most competitive cities.


On the website, users can browse offices by location, size, and price. The Workplace Company also provide bespoke services to help match businesses to the perfect offices in their city.

Custom CRM Solution

We decided to create a CRM system for our workflow. Our developers implemented a range of features – including a lead distribution system, a team builder, campaign manager, internal chat system, Invoice & Contract System, HR System, and more.

Targeted Mailing List Search

DataWidget allows users to buy highly-targeted mailing lists based on a powerful host of filters. Ergonized created a powerful web app that seamlessly links into DataWidget’s customer websites. We created features that allowed users to completely customize their app and the data they want to use to get the results they need.

Educational Website

Usually it’s quite uncomfortable for parents to search throughout the web and apply on different resources. What was the scope of their involvement?

The software is relatively complex, and Ergonized used different strategies and employed various developers to build it. They use AWS to host it, and they’re continually updating it and adding new features. The platform is highly customizable for end users, who can create profiles, network with one another, and share information so that patients have better outcomes and experiences.

What is the team composition?

I worked with a project lead and anywhere from one to three developers.

How did you come to work with Ergonized?

We found them on Upwork. I spoke to a company representative and even went to Ukraine to meet with them in person. They communicated well and wanted to understand my job, making sure the project would be successful, so I hired them.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from winter 2016–spring 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I couldn’t have done this project without them. They fully invested in our partnership and were motivated to see it succeed. They’re constantly finding ways to improve the product and quickly resolve any issues that arise.

How did Ergonized perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication depended on the phase of the project, but they were always responsive. We talked almost every day, which I was happy with, and we mostly used Skype and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re accountable, trustworthy, and precise. Even though they were overseas, I knew I could trust them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had a few different project leads, but it wasn’t too bad.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Know what you want before going in. The more information you can provide them, the better the project will be.

I’m a product manager at a vertical farming startup. I’m in charge of designing and developing apps that will make our teams work better and faster.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ergonized?

We needed to build an app that automated recurring sales order creation. It had to have a friendly and straightforward UI that minimized errors and produced reliable data for future analysis. We had an existing solution, but it was unstable.

What were your goals for this project?

We set out to create an app that would integrate with our array of Zoho solutions and be available to users via an internal webpage. 

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We found Ergonized while looking for certified Zoho developers. We’d worked with freelancers before, but now we wanted to engage a serious agency, one that had the controls and infrastructure necessary to develop powerful, stable apps.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Ergonized first built a custom app using Zoho that automated the creation of recurring sales orders. On top of that, they built another custom app to serve as a UI for customers to place orders. It helps them decide whether they’re making a one-time order or a recurring purchase. This was done in PHP.

What was the team composition?

I’m in constant touch the project manager and one of their developers. Arthur (Owner, Ergonized), the project manager, has been involved in all project communication and present during all my calls with the developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The solution only went live a few days ago, so we don’t have a clear picture of its impact, but I can’t wait to deploy it in our other offices. The app’s performance during testing has already given me peace of mind, however. I used to be constantly nervous we’d miss out on shipping the next day’s order because of how often the previous app broke. Now, I’m worry free. That’s how confident I am.   

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We mostly communicated through email, and though there was a bit of language barrier between myself and the developer, the project manager stepped in to translate. The time difference between us was never an obstacle either.

There was a small miscommunication about us assuming they would build the app using Zoho. We never told them that was our expectation, and they didn’t tell us what language and tools they were using. This caused a slight delay.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to adapt to our pace is outstanding. They wait patiently when I’m overwhelmed with side projects and can’t get back to them, and then they’re able to ramp up again when I need them to deliver quickly. I always feel like they’re supporting me.

Are there any areas for improvement?

If anything, I would push them to provide more documentation. It’s easy to assume both sides have the same understanding of what they agreed to, but full transparency is better. A simple document specifying scope and deliverables would set clear expectations.

They also built a custom CRM and helped our in-house database architects integrate a Microsoft SQL database as well as MySQL databases. The WordPress site uses PHP and Java. It has features such as email support, and its easy-to-use CMS allows us to make updates ourselves. Ergonized also performs marketing work and suggests ways to improve the product.

What is the team composition?

We work with two product manager and two product developers.

How did you come to work with Ergonized?

We found them through Upwork at first. Alex (PHP Backend Developer, Ergonized) reached out to us first. The Ergonized team demonstrated a positive attitude in their proposal, and we came back from every initial conversation having learned something new. We ultimately went with them to complete this project.

We’ve spent $35,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the end of 2017, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website has launched. 83% of new visitors fill out our initial survey to guide product recommendations—a fantastic onboarding rate. The platform itself is highly reliable. Any problems that arise are addressed by Ergonized immediately. We’ve moved from an Upwork-based relationship to a direct, one-on-one partnership with their team.

How did Ergonized perform from a project management standpoint?

Our product managers are responsive at all hours. If we send a message on the weekends, they’ll address the issue immediately or let us know that they’ll take care of it first thing Monday. Despite the distance between our offices, we’ve never had communication problems. We communicate via Slack and Trello, and Ergonized uses Jira in-house to track progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is highly reliable and always eager to help. They offer a breadth of services and areas of expertise. As we look to move the website onto an application, Ergonized has iOS and Android engineers to help us if needed. The team is always there to support us for whatever direction we move next with our product.
