I had an excellent experience working with Proactive's project management team. From start to finish, they exhibited exceptional professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. One of the standout aspects of the project was the team's ability to deliver items on time. They kept us (and continue to do so on current projects) informed of progress every step of the way and provided regular updates on project milestones.

As a result, we were able to stay on schedule and meet our deadlines without any major issues. Additionally, the team was incredibly responsive to our needs throughout the project. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were quick to address them and provide solutions.

Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and effective partner for their project needs. Their commitment to delivering high-quality work on time make them an excellent choice for any project, big or small.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

After developing a relationship with Proactive's team, I find their commitment to improvement both as a team, corporate structure, culture, and knowledge consistently refreshing. Proactive's technicians undergo training on a recurring basis which ensures that they are always up-to-date with the latest industry trends and programs. Whether its knowing about a bug in Threatlocker or a powershell script to accomplish a unique task in Outlook, this team will have the solution.

This commitment to ongoing education and improvement is truly impressive, and it shows in the quality of their work. Furthermore, Proactive's dedication to fostering a positive and collaborative company culture is also noteworthy. Though I truly don't know the details, they give off the appearance that they prioritize team building and promote camaraderie and cohesion among their staff.

Overall, I have been thoroughly impressed with Proactive's commitment to improvement and innovation, both in their technical work and their company culture. It's clear that they place a high value on staying ahead of the curve and constantly striving to be the best they can be. It's this mindset that has held me as a client of Proactive's over the years.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Technology Group could have done differently?

There are always areas to improve upon. One area that I think can always be improved upon is the initial scoping and planning phase of any project. While the team ultimately delivered a high-quality end product, I think that more time spent on the planning and scoping phase would have helped to ensure that the project was executed even more smoothly and efficiently.

Proactive's team is quick to handle any speedbumps that come in an implementation project, but more time spent looking to eliminate these from the onset would be a great improvement. However, I understand that this can be a difficult balance to strike, as it's important to get started on the project in a timely manner as well. I am confident that they will continue to refine and improve their processes as they grow and evolve as a company.

I'm the COO at DIAL INDUSTRIES, INC. We’re a food service redistribution company that distributes dry groceries from direct producers to other food service distributors that work with end clients like hospitals, hotels, and restaurants. 

As part of my role, I oversee IT-related tasks, including purchasing vendors, inventory management, and expanding our customer base.

We needed to streamline and outsource our IT services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The ProActive Technology Group provides managed IT services; instead of having full-time IT staff, we work with The ProActive Technology Group for tech support and troubleshooting.

We have a long relationship with The ProActive Technology Group. Initially, I gave them an overview of our company’s IT needs, and we’ve worked on several projects ever since. The ProActive Technology Group helped us when we moved from one location to another, and we required to purchase and install new hardware.   

Moreover, The ProActive Technology Group remotely monitors our servers and computers’ infrastructure and offers us technical support when we need it. The ProActive Technology Group also handles our network and software needs and manages our email, OS, and web domains.

I’m mostly in contact with The ProActive Technology Group’s two owners and part of their staff. 

How did you come to work with The ProActive Technology Group?

We used to work with a previous IT company and weren’t happy with their work. The previous company was never on time and gave us false product information. We first computerized our company in 2000, and this previous company overcharged us for their pricing. Around that time, The ProActive Technology Group approached me, and I decided to change our IT service provider.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $200,000 with The ProActive Technology Group. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with The ProActive Technology Group in 2003, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our partnership with The ProActive Technology Group has helped our company tremendously, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. The ProActive Technology Group has helped us be more efficient with our technology needs and improved our computer systems and uptime. 

Since we know The ProActive Technology Group monitors our servers and all our information is backed up, we can focus on our company’s sales strategy and increasing our profits.

How did The ProActive Technology Group perform from a project management standpoint?

The ProActive Technology Group delivers work on time and within budget. They schedule deliverables and send reminders. 

The ProActive Technology Group is quick to assist when we need technical support. When we open a ticket, they call us to learn more about the situation. The ProActive Technology Group is always ahead of us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The ProActive Technology Group’s efficiency and excellent response time are impressive. Their team is always available and knowledgeable. The ProActive Technology Group is always there for us, and the quality of their resources is also excellent.

I can’t think of anything for The ProActive Technology Group to improve.
