Enhancements of in-house developed legacy systems. One of them being core assistance system and another one being Web-based insurances selling portal. Main challenge for Madiff was to deliver quicvkly skilled staff able to integrate with existing Team of developers and all that at reasonable price

Madiff was able to provide very quickly good programmers at competitive price. Flexibility in terms of contract duration was also important.

.NET Programmers from Madiff (front end and back end) were working in two SCRUM Teams including also other programmers. At first they needed to integrate with existing Team, acknowledge local systems and organization of software developemnt (Agile SCRUM, continuous development, continuous delivery) and start providing new functions in every sprint basing on the specifications put in the backlog by local Business. Developed software was subject of code cross checking, unit testing and UAT. Releases were automatinc in the scope of approved functions for Production.

Good quality of deliverables, effective work started after 2 weeks already (first 2 weeks needed to get familiar with local specifics).

Programmers worked in sprints of 2 weeks duration. Every sprint had planning and review according to the SCRUM approach. Every SCRUM Team has a Leader. Backlog, sprint planning, time tracker was ensured by the 3rd party tool.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Madiff managed the project and built the core technical part of our internal AI powered system. The system was designed to collect data from different internal tools, process it, match related information, and present it in a clearer way for the team. Their scope included backend development, ML related functionality, data matching logic, external integrations, API connections, and dashboards for working with the processed data. The main deliverables were the backend, integration modules, data processing and matching mechanisms, and features that helped us better understand fragmented information from different systems in one place.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project helped us optimize stock levels by 12%, reduce component delivery time by 4 days, and increase development speed by 7%. It also gave the team better visibility across internal data and made it easier to match information between different processes.

Almost everything was delivered on time. Of course, there were some moments that required joint discussion, but the team was proactive in highlighting risks early and discussing possible options with us before they could turn into delays. Communication was clear, and they responded well to our needs throughout the project

Management style. Madiff treated the project with real ownership, almost as if it were their own startup product. We also appreciated the speed of communication, as the responsible manager usually replied within 30 minutes

Are there any areas for improvement or something Madiff could have done differently?

Overall, we were satisfied with the cooperation. The only area for improvement would be to provide a bit more documentation during the development process, especially around technical decisions and integration logic. It was not a major issue, but it would make future maintenance and handover easier
