I am Local CIO in Assistance company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Madiff, and what were your goals?

Enhancements of in-house developed legacy systems. One of them being core assistance system and another one being Web-based insurances selling portal. Main challenge for Madiff was to deliver quicvkly skilled staff able to integrate with existing Team of developers and all that at reasonable price

How did you select Madiff and what were the deciding factors?

Madiff was able to provide very quickly good programmers at competitive price. Flexibility in terms of contract duration was also important.

.NET Programmers from Madiff (front end and back end) were working in two SCRUM Teams including also other programmers. At first they needed to integrate with existing Team, acknowledge local systems and organization of software developemnt (Agile SCRUM, continuous development, continuous delivery) and start providing new functions in every sprint basing on the specifications put in the backlog by local Business. Developed software was subject of code cross checking, unit testing and UAT. Releases were automatinc in the scope of approved functions for Production.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Good quality of deliverables, effective work started after 2 weeks already (first 2 weeks needed to get familiar with local specifics).

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Programmers worked in sprints of 2 weeks duration. Every sprint had planning and review according to the SCRUM approach. Every SCRUM Team has a Leader. Backlog, sprint planning, time tracker was ensured by the 3rd party tool.
