Please describe your company and your position there.
I work as the CIO for mid-sized, rapid-growth hedge fund in New York City. We've quadrupled in size over the past several years, but very careful in adopting new tech.
For what projects/services did your company hire Forcery Salesforce Consultants New York City?
We felt like we were barely scratching the surface of our Salesforce org, and were doing no marketing to speak of, so decided to implement an email marketing solution.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to build out Pardot Marketing Automation with the most experienced Salesforce and Pardot Consultants in NYC, and streamline our marketing with our sales prospecting process.
How did you select Forcery Salesforce Consultants New York City?
I had heard about poor results from using one of the big Salesforce / management consultancies, and wanted a firm that was hungry and experienced, and truly understood Pardot and how to align with Salesforce. We met with several other companies, none of whom had executive level experience, and Forcery seemed to be the clear winner.
Describe the project in detail.
We were provided a 6 week implementation, that started out with a technical discovery session, as well as clear milestones and deliverables broken down by responsible party. Each week we were provided a project update until the implementation was completed.
What was the team composition?
There were several other people behind the scenes, but we worked mostly with the delivery lead Tigh and the technical lead Boris. Their knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot was better than anyone we've met before.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were up and running as a firm sending emails within a month; two weeks before our slated final delivery date. While it took a little longer to get our sales team trained, it was amazing to have a tech project completed ahead of schedule.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The communication was seamless. Not only were regular updates provided, but the Forcery team was responsive to questions and even helped outside of the scope of our implementation with some Salesforce guidance.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The domain expertise of the people we talked to was amazing. I think they mentioned that the two founders have over 25 Salesforce certifications, and have over 100 Salesforce projects completed to date. I can't believe there are that many people out there that know that much about Pardot and Salesforce.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Product knowledge, communication and helpfulness was perfect. We needed some help with training, and I wish we did a little more, as some of the tools are a little more complex than we expected. However, we would definitely work with Forcery again.
