I am the Corporate Affairs Manager for a marine assurance company. We provide marine assurance, engineering, and consulting services.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Ener Systems?

We had an IT group that was holding hostage our domain name. They had control over it, so we were trying to switch to someone who could assist us in getting our domain back and being our support team.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ener Systems is a full-service IT company. They provide all our IT services and support. They’ve purchased equipment and set equipment and email addresses for us. Their team reaches out to our employees and assists them with anything they need.

Recently, they installed software for the engineering team. Our engineers requested the software they needed to complete the job, and Ener Systems purchased and installed it on the engineering team’s computers.

What is the team composition?

They have a whole team of people working with us. Someone might start the project, and the next person will finish it depending on their workload and schedule for the day.

How did you come to work with Ener Systems?

We interviewed many companies in our state and chose them because they provided the services we needed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in April 2018, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve promptly fulfilled every request that we’ve had.

How did Ener Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a ticket system; we can call their number any time to reach them. Also, they have an email ticket system, so we can send a request through there and get an email when it’s received. Then, when it’s completed, we get another ticket. If there’s a question, we get another email or ticket with the questions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re available 24/7 every day of the year, and their services are extensive. Ener Systems’ services go above and beyond any IT company’s services in our area.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything; they’re near perfect. As far as I’m concerned, there’s nothing they can do to improve. They’re excellent.

Just request what you need, and they’ll fulfill it.
