Our initial engagement with i4DM was through a referral from a trusted peer. There was a specific endpoint security product we needed, and i4DM offered both an attractive price and a great onboarding experience.  Since then, we've worked with them to improve the rest of our software solutions, and most recently on a full network hardware refresh.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to significantly improve the quality of the mix of products in our security stack, as well as meet compliance requirements, at a price point that is very reasonable for a company our size.

All items have been delivered on time, with great responsiveness from the i4DM staff if we needed additional assistance.

I'm the co-founder and president of Imprint Talent Readiness, a business services company. We help organizations optimize talent by aligning people strategy with business strategy to boost team performance and organizational culture.

We needed help providing high-touch support to our remote employees.

i4DM provides cybersecurity training and monitoring and IT operational support. The team has delivered online training sessions that educate and test our team's knowledge.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

i4DM's work has increased our operational efficiency, as shown in our uptime system availability to employees. We've also seen an increase in our employees' cybersecurity knowledge, as shown in their quiz scores and avoidance of phishing emails. Additionally, we've seen a decrease in incidents.

How did i4DM perform from a project management standpoint?

i4DM has adhered to our budget and delivered on time. The team is very proactive, and we've had no surprises. We communicate via virtual meetings.
