I am a Human Resources Generalist for an electro-mechanical contract manufacturer.
For what projects/services did your company hire Capstone Works, Inc.?
We've worked with Capstone Works for several years. In addition to providing company-wide IT support, Capstone Works recently provided tools and support to optimize communication as well as measure and increase productivity for remote employees. They've always had an impeccable record in customer service. They are quick to respond, efficient, and personable.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed to set up several employees with the proper equipment and tools to work remotely. We also needed the ability to measure productivity and data to help increase efficiency while working remotely. In the long run, we became just as synchronized (maybe even more) than when we work on location.
How did you select this vendor?
We've had a long standing relationship with Capstone Works.
Describe the project in detail.
I had problems with communication, synchronization and they solved them by providing and implementing all the right tools and support to our entire staff.
What was the team composition?
There are usually one to two team members helping per project. There are 3-4 members that we work with frequently. It's a very supportive environment.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Retrieval of data to create a plan for increased efficiency. Improved employee satisfaction.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We were able to get a solution and a plan rolled out within 1 week.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I'm always impressed with their customer service. You are treated as a valued customer, and they are very thorough in their follow up.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I do not have a suggestion for areas of improvement.
