What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The site isn’t public yet, but we’ve had great internal feedback. We are looking forward to improving user engagement once we officially launch.
How did iCiDigital perform from a project management standpoint?
They were great with time management and were often ahead of us. We communicated via email and phone and they helped keep us on track. We had regular conference calls to go over the status of the project. We reviewed pages and sent detailed feedback. They always responded quickly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are experts in Adobe. There was zero learning curve for them and they knew exactly what to do from the start. They were knowledgeable about the tools and UI/UX design. They structured our site well and the page layouts are great. We like the look of each page and the sitemap. It was a really positive experience.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had a few minor issues, but that’s to be expected when so much content gets moved from one point to another. Nothing was broken, just a few things were out of place. They took feedback really well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They were most helpful to me because of their experience in the Adobe Suite. Since they had that understanding, we didn’t have to spend a lot of time discussing the basics. We were on the same page right away and could hit the ground running. That expertise would be helpful to anyone who hopes to do a similar web project.
