Our company provides managed IT services to multifamily and hospitality. I am the senior consultant and responsible for managing projects for our clients.

We needs some additional techs with specific skill sets who also were available to work on weekend.

This vendor is a part of the same co-op that we are a part of, so we know from the beginning that we can expect high quality work from them .

We needed to replace an entire network infrastructure with newer equipment, upgrading the firewall, network core switches, and 20 access points throughout the facility.

What was the team composition?

One senior level engineer and one tier 2 technician

The project was a complete success and the client was happy that we met the time frame we gave them.
