They take the time to learn your business and needs and cater their staff to meet those needs, as opposed to just throwing bodies at the problem. Sure initially we had a few more calls transferring internally to our on-site CSR leads, but as the Salvo staff became more experienced (over a very short time), those calls dropped off substantially.

I request return data files and they have always arrived by the date/time requested and quite often, even sooner than expected. Reporting is delivered consistently and adjustments needed on any project are made immediately. If there were things that could have been done differently, Blue Valley would have known about those things early on and would have adjusted accordingly. That is due to the way that they proactively reach out to ensure that there isn't any change needed or anything else that I needed done.
