They hired, trained, developed, and support a team of B2B Outbound End to End sales reps selling our SMB VoIP service.
Provide and manage a predictive dialer (and supporting telephony) to load multiple dialing lists (Truely cold call lists) and route connected calls to multiple teams of agents.
They provided training and QA team, nesting, and management for these teams.
Reporting from Salesforce daily and weekly, Dialer reporting and access weekly. Dials, Contact Rate, Lead creation, opportunity creation and staging, and closed won/Lost reporting daily.
Reps are to make 150+ outbound cold calls daily, generate thier own leads from that calling and manage their sales funnels to close new business.
An additional LOB was added after their initial success where we began allocating paid partner leads (hot leads) to them with conversion and average deal size KPIs along with the standard outbound reporting KPIs

Project management had excellent communication, set a good cadence and had excellent follow through on deliverables. The engagement from the team was very good. They delivered what was promised on time and with very good results. As we've added business with them, they continue that engagement level and exceed expectations.

They had great company and operational experience and leadership. They were able to demonstrate the "Sales DNA" that had been missing from other potential BPO partners we'd considered. They had sales and oprerations leaders ready early in the process and delivered results VERY quickly in the pilot phase. The level of engagment from their CEO down to their operations/QA team showed they understood sales, outbound sales, telco, and how our business needed to operate immediately.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 1840 & Company could have done differently?

Very little, the only "blip" was minor and was as the IPM handed off duties to the Ops Manager. It was identified quickly and resolved and their exec team communicated throughout.
