I’m the CEO of an independent insurance agency spread across multiple states in the Southwest region of the US.

What challenge were you trying to address with Insurance Telemarketer?

We’d been looking for an organization that could provide referrals and appointments for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Insurance Telemarketer provides us with call center services focused on lead generation. I provided them with a rundown of our organization, its history, and its specialties. We also told them the direction we were looking for in growth opportunities. 

From there, Insurance Telemarketer created a program tailored to us to generate leads. I wrote a general script, and they used their experience to adjust their communication with potential clients on the phone. The team works remotely. As time goes by, we will expand the scope of our relationship.

How did you come to work with Insurance Telemarketer?

I came across Insurance Telemarketer through a referral from another insurance agent in California. I asked them what they’d been doing for lead sources, and they suggested I reach out to Insurance Telemarketer. 

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent a little over $5,000. At this point, Insurance Telemarketer is working for us part-time.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Insurance Telemarketer has provided legitimate referrals for us; I have so many leads now it isn’t easy to keep up with them. We’ve had really nice interactions with potential clients and have about 10 who are ready to close deals. Overall, we’re really pleased with Insurance Telemarketer.

How did Insurance Telemarketer perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email; they’re always prompt. If we need to have a one-on-one phone conversation, they can do that. They’re so efficient that our partnership flows very easily.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The appointments Insurance Telemarketer provides are legitimate. I haven’t had a single call where a potential client didn’t ask for me to call them. All the leads Insurance Telemarketer passes on to us expect our call, which is very refreshing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I wouldn’t change a thing about them. If anything, they could have a proprietary dashboard where we could log in and have all our leads in a category. That’s secondary to anything else, though.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to reach out to Insurance Telemarketer, get your plan together, and know what clientele you want to go after. Moreover, feel comfortable knowing they’ll produce results for you instead of typical Internet leads you can purchase that are usually inadequate. I’ve already referred Insurance Telemarketer to several people.
