What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CloudTask’s progress looked like consistently meeting with strong candidates who felt like good potential fits for the role. The biggest measure of success was ultimately hiring someone who is now fully onboarded in the business and ready to start taking ownership of clients.The person we hired has more than exceeded my expectations so far. CloudTask also helped me put clear frameworks in place for what success should look like at different checkpoints, so we’ve been able to measure their progress against that. At the first major checkpoint, they’ve already exceeded what I was hoping to see.Although the new hire is still onboarding and hasn’t started working directly with clients yet, I’ve already noticed a difference in our operations. I have a lot more peace of mind knowing I have someone who is learning the business quickly and understanding how the program works in a very short period of time. They’ve also already started adding more structure to the customer success management function, including creating forms and processes to make client management more organized and consistent.For example, one of the first things they did was create more structure around our accountability calls. Before, those calls were mostly just conversations with clients and didn’t always drive toward specific outcomes. The new hire created a pre-call form that coaches will complete before each accountability call so they can go in with a clear structure, understand where the client is at, and know what needs to be addressed.The new hire also immediately identified that we weren’t using AI enough. They connected Claude with our CRM, Slack, Fathom, and other client data to create detailed reports on where each client is currently at and help them build a plan before they start working with the client directly. That has already made our weekly reporting much more efficient and cut down work that used to take hours.In terms of KPIs, the clearest one so far is the time saved on weekly reporting. Previously, reporting took about 2–3 hours every Friday, and with the AI systems the new hire has put in place, it can now be completed in under an hour. For the other processes they’re implementing, they’ve already said they plan to build out additional KPIs so we can measure their impact over time.

How did CloudTask perform from a project management standpoint?

The hiring process itself was a big improvement. I’ve worked with other hiring agencies before, and the process never felt this smooth or easy. I still had to do a lot of the lifting myself, especially sifting through candidates who clearly weren’t a fit. CloudTask took that part off my plate, so by the time candidates got to me, I was spending my time with people who were actually worth considering. The overall process felt much more efficient and much less draining. Moreover, CloudTask delivered on time and had very fast response times. They were never a bottleneck.
