How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for company that can manage our on going IT and back office work and we noticed that Socobee BPO provides both the services

We met with the Socobee team and sent them our idea within 2 days they sent a design for approval and currently Socobee BPO team is taking care of our back office work

They intake process with very easy and they have dedicated team for each department
