Even when we hit internal delays on our side, they were flexible and helped us re-prioritize without losing momentum. Every deliverable felt considered, intentional, and genuinely aligned with what we needed—even the things we didn’t know we needed yet. I believe an agency should manage me more than I manage them. The best working agency is somebody who reminds me about something before I have to contact them to find out where the deliverable is. BrandJuice is always a step ahead of me. I haven’t had that experience with other agencies. An agency that can stay half a step ahead of their client will be able to keep the project on track. If a project falls behind, it’s because of my company. They let me know if the project is going to be delayed. There have been no surprises.
