I’m in the management area of a brewery company. In addition to that, we have full restaurant services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Two Wolves Creative?

We needed someone who could design and develop a website for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Two Wolves Creative designed and built our website from scratch, which is now live. We had several meetings with them to determine what content we needed to appear on the site. After that, they presented a couple of drafts of how the website would look like. They also suggested partners, such as photographers, to create all the content we required.

In terms of functionality, the site is easy to use, and it has a clean design, which was essential for us.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Joseph and Michael (Co-Owners).

How did you come to work with Two Wolves Creative?

They were referred to me by one of my vendors. I chose them because I liked their approach and how they were going to work on the website. They had clear standards for how things should look, so I thought they were a good match for us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this project from December 2020–July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All the team is happy with how the website aligned to what we wanted in functionality and design — we have nothing but positive things to say about the engagement.

How did Two Wolves Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They were flawless in that area. In terms of communication, we used phone calls, text messages, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their response time was what stood out about them. We asked for several changes midstream, and they rolled with it. They also had a deep understanding of what we were trying to do, and I was impressed with how committed they were to that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — we were super happy with their deliverables. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want before engaging with them — that’ll save a lot of time.

I’m the owner of an interior design firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Two Wolves Creative?

We wanted to rebrand our business and create a new website for it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They restarted our existing website from scratch and also helped us rebrand our business. Two Wolves Creative also designed a new logo that we later implemented on business cards. The process was that we spoke in-depth about our business and the type of customer we wanted to attract. They also helped me edit down the content from our website, which was challenging for me, and they also gave me feedback about the type of information I should feature on the new website.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Joe (Brand Strategist) and Michael (Copywriter); I thought that they were a very complementary team.

How did you come to work with Two Wolves Creative?

I saw their work on a vendor’s website, and I was blown away by how simple, beautiful, and interesting it was. I contacted them after that, and I didn’t think that I’d be able to afford them or that they’d have time for my business, but they proposed something I was happy with, so I accepted. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $6,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them from February–May 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was a fun process; I was very happy and proud to show the results. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on our new logo and our website, so I would say that it was a very successful engagement from that perspective.

How did Two Wolves Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered within the timeframes we established. In terms of communication, they were very responsive to our questions and comments — we had a good rapport. We mostly communicated through email and text once every week at the beginning of the project to discuss milestones, and at the end of it, we communicated once every three days. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They hustled to make my project happen, and I felt a sincere interest in my work and the success of my company. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s something they can improve on. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Trust in them and follow their process; they know what they’re doing.
