JD&Co. Creative was engaged by Halal Bros Grill to design a total of 12 posters, including one primary promotional poster and three individual dish posters with multiple location-specific sizes. Their team led the full creative and production process, including visual direction, layout development, typography, image composition, and preparation of final print-ready files. 

The promotional poster was designed in three formats — a standard 36” × 48” rectangle for KP, Church Ave, and QV; a horizontal format for RD; and a narrow vertical format for 5th Ave and Utica. For the individual dish posters, they developed nine total variations across rectangle, square, and narrow horizontal formats to accommodate the differing display requirements of each location. 

Deliverables included all final print-ready files, adjusted compositions for each size, and a cohesive visual system that maintained consistency across every format and restaurant environment.

Successful delivery of 12 print-ready poster variations that elevated Halal Bros Grill’s in-store visual presence, ensured consistency across all locations, and effectively promoted featured menu items and new offerings.

Their project management was excellent. Deliverables were clearly defined from the start and consistently delivered on time, often ahead of schedule. Communication was proactive and well organized, which made it easy to track progress and next steps. They were highly responsive to our needs, quickly addressing questions or changes and adapting as priorities evolved. Overall, they demonstrated strong ownership, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to the success of the project.

The most impressive aspect of JD&CO Creative was Jongwoo’s exceptional attention to detail and his ability to create outstanding posters that aligned perfectly with our brand. His work consistently reflected a deep understanding of our identity, resulting in designs that felt both intentional and on brand.

I'm the senior VP of a hotel investment and operation company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Jd&Co. Creative?

The hotel owned by my company engaged Jd&Co. Creative to lead a full rebranding, including brand strategy, values, logo development, and more than 30 applications to elevate its identity and overall guest experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Jd&Co. Creative was responsible for rebranding 33 Hotel NYC Seaport. The team began with an assessment of the property's history, guest profile, competitive landscape, and the positioning targeted. From these insights, they developed a renewed brand strategy defining core values, personality, tone of voice, and experiential direction.

Jd&Co. Creative created a new identity system, including a logo, typography, color palette, graphic language, iconography, and photographic style. This flexible system extended across more than 30 touchpoints, such as in-room and lobby collateral, packaging, environmental graphics, signage direction, digital assets, and guest materials.

Jd&Co. Creative provided design, art direction, production oversight, and vendor coordination to ensure consistency, translating the refreshed values into a cohesive visual and service expression.
