First, it’s their ability to ask the right questions; I really love working with people who are experts in their field, know much more than I do, and can basically read my mind. Second, data pushing has been a big challenge for this project, so when I was looking for someone to do this project, almost nobody responded except for their team.

Whitney is great in this respect — if she doesn’t know the answer to my questions, she’ll tell me right away and search for someone who knows the answer, coming back to me usually within a couple of days. We have regular communications via emails, phone, and video calls. They like having monthly check-ins to review our progress and our SEO and PPC metrics. The team always looks at my current goals and keeps modifying what they do based on my goals. Moreover, they’re always responsive; this is especially true for Whitney.

He was really good in terms of asking all the right questions upfront about identifying the audience and determining what we were trying to accomplish. Overall, BayCreative has always been very responsive and interested in both collaborating and listening. At one point, when a client was dissatisfied with some aspect of their work, the two co-owners sat down with her in person to make sure they understood what had gone wrong. She greatly appreciated the personal, high-level follow-up.
