42 Connect was referred to us and we were not that happy with our original partner. They proposed a solution and we moved forward with them and have been extremely happy ever since.

Traffic has increased since day one, leads are coming in on a regular basis, almost daily, which was not the case prior to the project kicking off.

Communication is key with our business and was the same with 42 Connect. Each step of the way we would have a zoom call and they explained what was needed, being done, and next steps. Smooth, clean, efficient process.

No issues and very easy. We're busy running our own business and this project did not bog us down. They took the lead and we interjected only when absolutely necessary.

I’m the owner of Mattress Mill. We manufacture mattresses that can be bought directly from us. Our business has been running for 36 years.

What challenge were you trying to address with 42connect?

We were trying to find the correct marketing and advertising path that would for us. We also got tired of having to pay for TV spots all the time. Hence, we wanted to delve away from traditional advertising by investing more in our website, which was what we hired 42connect for.

We’ve been working with 42connect for almost 10 years, and they’ve done a lot of work for us. This includes developing and designing two different websites from scratch, as well as redesigning another one. They also maintain and host these sites for us. Additionally, their team provides SEO and PPC services for us. They help us with conducting keyword research, writing blog content, and running paid ads across various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

We found out about them through a website they built for a different mattress business.

Since working with 42connect, we’ve seen consistent improvements in terms of leads, website traffic, and conversions. Overall, we’ve been very happy with their work, which is why we continue to work with them.

How did 42connect perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a great job of meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Moreover, they always send us reports that tell us lots of various data indicating what they’re doing and what metrics have decreased or increased. This basically helps us know what’s going on all the time. For communication, we use email and phone calls.

We really like how honest they are about their work They always test and analyze the results to see if what they’re doing is really working or not. They also provide data to show us how they know that.

42 connect was a start up like ourselves when we selected them. The initial factors were affordability and the fact that they were a small shop and we would be a focus. Over the years as they have grown, the experience and resources they have and can offer would make it very difficult for me to move on from them.

42 connect did a complete branding relaunch of our company, website and ecommerce platform. They have continued to manage and have continued to help make us and our brands relevant online.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s too soon to share specific metrics because we only launched a few weeks ago. However, users have given positive feedback about the new website, saying it’s easier to navigate and find what they’re looking for. It’s also simple to find our contact information and more engaging and modern.
