Their team was excellent. Because we brought them in late, they had to get up to speed quickly on what was happening and the client's goals. It required tricky logistics to make the activation happen in such a short time frame. Gramercy Tech handled it professionally and were quite graceful under pressure. We had a lot of phone calls and conference calls, speaking several times a week as it got closer to the event.
