Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the President and Founder of Lehman Consulting and Recruiting. We are a minority owned employment agency based in Dallas Texas.

For what projects/services did your company hire Connect Media Agency?

Our website was pretty good to start but it wasn't functioning as a tool to help drive our business forward.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for designers who had years of experience in building staffing websites. Connect Media wasn't on our radar, but was highly recommended by a number of people. We met, went over our needs, and could quickly see that this was the right partner.

After a series of demos and discovery calls, we received a mock-up of the proposed site. I am sure this was a challenging project for Connect Media because we asked them to make the impossible happen at each stage of this process, and they delivered!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our team worked with three resources from this vendor ranging from the CEO to creative writers assisting with some of the written content.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website has been completed and launched. We are already seeing an increase in traffic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team is easy to communicate with. The lines of communication remain open even during downtimes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge this company had around data analytics, internal/external user experience, and optimization. We appreciate how patient each member of the team was as we navigated multiple changes trying to build the perfect playground for our clients and candidates.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is not a single thing that we would change about this experience!

I hired media connect because their attention to detail was 2nd to None and never once did we feel neglected throughout the process.. Process was very organized and detailed.. Textellent has been awarded US Patent 9,756,487. I am the Marketing Manager at Textellent.

Ww hired Connect Media Agency to run an SEO audit and competitive gap analysis, and provide recommendations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were in contact for another project, and Jay identified SEO issues that we were unaware of, which was extremely helpful, so we decided to expand the project. He did this unprompted which showed real initiative on his part.

We asked for an audit, and gave no other info to avoid bias. He came back with a thorough report, recommendation, and suggested action steps.
