Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Senior Director of Regional Marketing for the largest concert promoter in the world, and my regional office markets hundreds of concerts per year in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

We hired them to build an expansive outdoor advertising campaign in support of Pearl Jam: The Home Shows, 2 shows at Safeco Field (now T-Mobile Park) in Seattle.

Our company has worked with them for years (since prior to my hiring), but they are the dominant vendor for outdoor advertising in the market.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They created a campaign using multiple different poster designs and sizes, as well as stencils, to cover hundreds of locations around the city of Seattle with our show info. Their installations included wildposting, wheat pasting, stencils, retail placements, and pole placements.

What was the team composition?

We place our orders directly with the owner of the company, and he coordinates with his team to get all the artwork produced and installed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The shows sold out, and the public was well-aware of them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The process is streamlined, so getting a typical campaign rolling usually only requires one email requesting one of their services out of the deck they have provided us. For bigger campaigns like this one there is a bit more back and forth due to the number of services involved, but it is still very quick.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed with which they're able to turn around huge campaigns, both in terms of printing and installation.

After the poster art is approved and sent for display, they are printed on high-quality materials suitable for outdoor use in all types of weather. They regularly monitor and make any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure that the posters around town remain in good condition throughout the duration of the advertising campaign.

What was the team composition?

Poster Giant has a seemingly small staff with an extremely broad reach in advertising power. They make sure to respond to us in a timely and positive manner no matter what the project is... large or small.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All poster campaigns we run through Poster Giant increase our brand visibility and help capture the attention of potential concert attendees. This is a highly cost-effective way to reach a large audience that we may not be able to target with digital, radio, or TV advertising campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We work closely with all members of the Poster Giant family for seamless project management from inception to completion. All members of their team are quick to respond and invent effective ways to get our message out to our target audience.

I am constantly impressed at their quick turnaround time and "yes, we can do that" attitude.

No areas of improvement for us! It's a symbiotic relationship.
