Every year over 275,000 U.S. school-age children diagnosed as high-functioning with learning disabilities, ADHD, or ASD graduate from special education programs, making independent post-graduate living next to impossible. BASE develops and manages urban co-living residences for these young adults. BASE came to RAXO to help give them a brand

identity, and we could not feel more honored to be entrusted with this responsibility.

London Calling is an annual campaign for BBC Entertainment that celebrates the best of their British programming airing throughout the month of May. Every year, they create new branding that speaks to their British roots. For 2016, we developed a unified brand that delivers a British experience by choosing imagery based on London’s

national landmarks while creating a surreal and abstract look and feel.

Ultra Music is a worldwide music entity, comprising Ultra Records, Ultra Music Publishing, and Empire Artist Management. Ultra came to RAXO with the task of creating animated music snippets, social media banners and snapchat stickers for individual artists that comes out with new music. RAXO created a personalized animation for artists’ album

covers, making each animation individually different.

Showtime is an award-winning entertainment company that produces some of the world’s biggest original series, documentaries, sports, and more. When the filming of their hit series “Ray Donovan” relocated to New York City, Showtime came to RAXO for assistance in the development of their New York campaign for the show. We provided original imagery

from around the city to help showcase the look and feel of the show.

With the launch, Hugo Boss was looking for a unique and dynamic in-store tool. Partnering with

Coloredge, RAXO provided a fully interactive touchscreen experience, featuring a responsive mannequin and social media/email integration.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the marketing manager at Coloredge, a production house that works with premier brands and retailers to bring their visions to life by providing them with innovative marketing solutions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Raxo?

We hired Raxo to do a complete brand refresh. After, we kept them on to improve our marketing initiatives and develop new strategies to build brand awareness and engagement and double our web leads.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to grow our impact and expand our audience’s understanding of what we do and stand for.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We had a design team we’d used previously on a select few projects. Raxo recently bought this team, and, conveniently, they work right in our office. We decided to go forward with using all their services in our marketing efforts.

Describe the project in detail.

The original brand refresh included developing a new mission, vision, and positioning statements. They also redesigned our website and implemented a new tone, voice, and collateral plan. Finally, we launched several email campaigns and social strategies, which included video marketing. Now, we work together every day on both new and pre-existing marketing initiatives.

What was the team composition?

I work closely with Raxo’s team of designers and developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve refreshed our look and feel and doubled our web leads. Further, they’ve birthed countless new initiatives and strategies. Their designs are perfectly crafted as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Because we work in the same office, communication flows easily. I sit in the same area as Raxo and am able to work with them with complete ease.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They can transform bland into unique and basic into detailed. Their eye for design is no joke, and I trust their opinion regarding marketing collateral.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There’s always room for improvement, but everything has been working very well for us.
