• Within the first 48 hours of launching the site we were getting sales from all over the country. We never would have had visibility with them without the site, branding, and advertising campaign.

I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Branded By Greenville. We never doubted their ability to deliver and we were always kept up to date with the progress of the project. They were very proactive in the way they communicated. To the point where we stopped asking questions because we knew they would be in touch with updates. They went above and beyond their scope of work and did everything they could to ensure the BEST possible outcome. We really appreciated how invested they were in the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This was the second time going through this process for our site. Unfortunately, we experienced another agency where it felt like we were one of many projects they had going on. It felt like the other group just wanted the completion grade so they could move on. Branded By Greenville was the complete opposite. They were so invested and would not move on to the next phase unless they were absolutely sure we felt comfortable. They were so thoughtful and deliberate with every decision made. We quickly realized they were the real deal and they were going to deliver something special.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Branded by Greenville could have done differently?

Initially, they seemed more expensive then the agency we were currently using. Both agency's had proposals with similar buzzwords, "SEO, Google Ads, Keyword Research, etc". However, what we quickly found out is that Branded By Greenville was offering way more than the other group at an extremely competitive price. They did a great job educating us on what those buzzwords really mean and how much work really should go into them. Going forward, I would have them preface some of this with potential clients so that they don't get sticker shock. The price seemed high to us at first but now that we are in it, I can't believe how much we got for the price.

Fairview interviewed many web Developers before choosing Branded By Greenville. What drew us to the company was the their presence of trust and reliability. Overall, Branded By Greenville listened to what we wanted and only cared about making our vision come to life which many people say they want to do but rarely do in deed.

First, we had a kick off meeting to discuss Fairviews objectives. We then nailed down a user persona and stylescapes. From there, Branded by Greenville introduced a 30,000 foot view of the website. We were then given the low and high fidelity wire framing before the final presentation.

My main point of contact during the process was the company's owner who was assisted by a developer, the CEO and a few others.

After launching our site we saw that it went from 20% health to 100% health. The load time of every page is lightening fast and I know that we are going to get so many compliments on all of the new creative assets.

Branded By Greenvilles project management style was easy and user friendly. They provided us access to all materials at all times as well as a client portal called Notion.

The most impressive thing about this company is that they are small yet SO professional. Their work is top tier and went above and beyond my expectations

Everything was perfect. Branded By Greenville made a stressful thing, easy and beautiful! I loved collaborating with them!

I am the Co-Founder and Executive Director of a non profit focused on funding research and patient advocacy for an ultra rare (adolescent and young adult cancer type) Sarcoma type. We represent an international group of patients and partner with governmental agencies as well as industry.

Because we are the first organization to represent this severely underserved community we had to start from the ground up. Evan and his skill set were exactly what we needed to help guide us learn how to thoughtfully and sustainably begin to build our brand.

I guess we could say we hired Evan to help us figure out to get our services noticed by the communityies we serve as well as the industry that supports us. We began with an informational video. We then had evan revamp and rebuild our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for video production and in the first interview we knew Evan was the one because he was very attentive to our mission and asked a ton of questions. We didn't really know what type of media was needed to get us to our goals but it was clear Evan was keen on finding out what that path was and putting us on it.

We interviewed and then hired Evan to meet with and create informational videos for our patients and donors to go on our (basic, made by volunteers) website. He edited those videos into clips for patients to get info in small manageable episodes. Because we are the only advocacy organization for this patient population we also became the go to for the clinical and research community so the traffic to our site was increasing.

Evan rebuilt a site for us from scratch that has international attention and is highly respected around the world. He continues to maintain and update the site for us and has become a critical part of our organizations team. Evan knows our internal weaknesses and needs so he ensures a smooth flow for us and that is invaluable.

Evan is our main contact. I know there is at least one other that works behind the scenes for things like mobile optimization. Evan does all the video production for us but may have editing help not sure.

Patients speak about our site to their doctors because they are able to find us quickly due to the SEO work. This saves lives because the data on the site gives the patient and their doctor real world information that is not yet part of the medical protocols. This has delivered more patients to the right places, saved lives and increased donations from the families and communities that see the success through the site.

Very informative and patient. This is key for a group of volunteers that don't have experience in the IT world. Evan and his team take the responsibility to know what our goals and mission are and to get us there. We don't know how to do that so we have to trust the ones we hire. The integrity and work ethic of this group are why we have become so successful.

The level of personal engagement. They immersed themselves and become part of the organization to understand and deliver.

I can't say there is because we were so new and young at the time. I do know how fortunate we are to have found Evan. Not every company or online platform we hired for other aspects of the organization gave that level of service. We have not renewed our contracts with many other companies. Those expected us to do all the work and the content they supply is not very relevant to our mission. That is not the case with Branded by Greenville.

Evan and I had a mutual interest in bringing the information to the public. He had the experience and training in video production and online course creation and I had the content and material. It was a great fit to work together.

Evan ran a very professional production schedule. I felt like I was an actual actor filming a professional video for a big production company. He is very detail oriented and very focused on the overall quality of the end result.

Evan stayed in touch with me regularly and was always responsive to my questions or concerns. He would respond by Slack if able or if needed we met in person.

The course video content is fantastic. It is a very professional production. The build out of the course itself also works very well on the platform we chose. Students would have no problem navigating the course successfully.

Our website had been created a few years back, but was poorly done. We needed something that was functional, matched the level of design-build that we were and expanded our reach. We also needed good copywriting at commercial photography and a google ad campaign.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I hired Branded by Greenville to completely rebuild our website to properly represent us(Reedy River Landscapes) well, showing the high quality company and level of services we provide. They walked us through the process very clearly, communicated each step of the way, finished the project on time and delivered way more value than I could have imagined!! They added value on every turn offering ideas to improve our customers experience and give them more value. From function to aesthetics and photography to videography, they killed it!

It began with a meet and greet to see if we’re a good fit for each other. We both agreed it was and we received a formal proposal for the work at that time. Through a series of exploratory meetings we were able to present who we were and Branded by Greenville created an amazing representation of us. We were able to choose from different styles on multiple levels to find what fit us best, and how to target our ideal audience. They created our website updating us along the way at each step.

Once presentation of the website was given, we they worked through any small revisions that we requested. After getting our new website online, they began a google add campaign targeting the areas, word searches and ideal cliental that we desire.

Prior to launching our google add campaign after the new website was built, we immediately tripled our organic leads from just having the new website. The google add campaign brought in at least 3 times the amount of leads on average than our previous marketing company. Overall, the leads where much better fitting cliental.

The team kept us updated with a weekly email, and beyond that called and texted for any more urgent communication/discussion. Not once did I have to reach out or remind them.

I was so surprised at how they helped us understand what we needed and how to achieve the results we wanted in ways we couldn’t have figured out ourselves. Their process, presentation, and creative ideas added more value to our business and blew me away at every turn!
