In 2020 ANS Networking determined we needed a website refresh and digital marketing services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

ANS selected SC Digital after interviewing 4-5 companies specializing in digital marketing. The deciding factors were determined during the initial meeting. I found that SC Digital asked many probing questions to get an understanding of our goals and expectations. We discussed ANS at length and I appreciated their sincere approach to understanding who we are and what we do.

Not enough space here to list out all the work SC Digital has done for ANS. They quickly earned my trust by delivering on time. They always have a next project to keep the leads rolling in, and they do keep rolling in.

I have worked with account managers, owners, and various other support staff.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This year ANS is averaging 2-3 client onboardings per month. All leads have been generated organically through SEO and Ads campaign.

Our monthly meetings are fluid and productive.

I enjoy working with everyone at SC Digital. They are professional and very good at what they do. RESULTS are what I find most impressive. SC Digital is not viewed as a monthly marketing bill at ANS. We consider their company to be an investment in our future.

I’m the business proprietor of Live Tree or Die Farm. We plant trees in the spring, prune them in the summer, and welcome guests to cut them in the fall.

What challenge were you trying to address with SC Digital?

We wanted to entice people to visit and harvest their Christmas trees from our farm, so we hired SC Digital to develop and design our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SC Digital built my website from scratch. Design-wise, I definitely provided some of my own suggestions but let them have fun and be creative with the interface. They did the first crack at the content and then set up a nice Dropbox-like system so that I can upload, review, or edit content myself later on. Right now, though, I still rely on them to make small changes to the website for me.

On top of web development, the team also helped me make some improvements to the video that was created a few months after my initial website was built. 

What is the team composition?

I’ve interacted with around 2–3 people. Brad (Co-Founder) also came out to visit the farm and get a real sense of it so it can be properly reflected on the website. 

How did you come to work with SC Digital?

I’m active in a local BNI (Business Network International) chapter, which SC Digital is also a part of. That’s how we came acquainted with each other, but I’ve also known about their excellent reputation. I know a lot of folks that have enjoyed their work. 

How much have you invested with them?

We agreed on a package deal of $100 a month, and that encompasses website development, maintenance, and hosting.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2021, and the website was finished within 60 days. Their team still actively maintains and updates the site to this day.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SC Digital has been successful in helping me get the website up and running a full year ahead of our grand opening, which is in November 2022. We’re a brand new business that’s seasonal, so I have yet to gauge the impact of the website itself. I can say, however, that I know how effective a website can be in bringing in customers quickly since I’ve done the same for another business of mine. 

Thus far, we’ve received very positive feedback from online visitors. The website absolutely accomplishes our goal of getting people excited to visit the farm. In that regard, I’m super satisfied with the work that SC Digital has put into it. 

How did SC Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been awesome in terms of project management. Their work speed has really exceeded my expectations. Once they get my say-so, they set off and immediately get things moving. 

We mostly communicate via email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

What really stands out about SC Digital is how well they work together as a team. Whenever I request for a small change to be made, they quickly send back an acknowledgment and get right on it. They’re consistently making these updates within 12–24 hours, and that kind of task management has been very pleasant. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so. Anything else is outside of their control, and they’ve done what they can within the limits of our budget.

I’ve had a great experience with this team, and their price is super reasonable. If you have website development or digital marketing needs, SC Digital is a great organization to work with.

We hired SC Digital to help us with a website development project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve worked with SC Digital several times, but for this project, we brought them on to help with a customer’s WordPress website development project. My team built out a first draft of the website, but SC Digital’s team noticed that the website had a few errors and offered their services. After reviewing the site, they fixed backlinks and some design flaws that my in-house team overlooked. SC Digital also provided some design suggestions. We then white-labeled that work and sent it to our customer.

We worked with 3–4 teammates at SC Digital on this project, but Brad (Co-Founder) was my main contact.

I connected with SC Digital through a startup marketing agency that I was part of in college — they were looking for video content production. We’ve kept the relationship going for the last few years to help each other out in any way we can.

We’ve invested around $1,500 with SC Digital overall, but this project was pro-bono.

Our partnership with SC Digital began in March 2021, and it’s ongoing.

Our customer absolutely loves the website SC Digital helped us perfect. Our team noticed some of the issues right before Brad contacted me — I wasn’t equipped to fix them quickly, and I appreciated that SC Digital could. Our customers are always pleased with the content SC Digital delivers for their projects.

SC Digital manages projects well, and they’re timely with deliverables. Everything usually gets done faster than I expected. Occasionally, we use Google Docs, but primarily manage the project through phone calls and emails. I’m never waiting for emails, and everyone on SC Digital’s team is very transparent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with SC Digital for several years, and they’re great at identifying what their clients are struggling with and how they can help rectify those issues. If they can’t handle something in-house, they’re well-connected and act as a middleman, connecting clients with agencies that can help.

I’d advise customers to be open with SC Digital about their challenges and where they think they may need help. SC Digital’s team is well-versed in solving various issues for their customers.

Being a fully virtual firm, it is essential for our SEO strategy to bring us to the top of the search nearly every time. We also need an eye-catching website that is well managed.

I selected this vendor due to the time and effort that they took to understand my business before I even hired them. Their prices were very reasonable, and I am blown away at the service I receive.

SC Digital helps with SEO strategy, adding specific content to the website to drive ideal customers to our website, focusing on search terms. SC Digital spent a lot of time in the beginning having multiple meetings to make sure that they truly understood the business, which is incredibly complex. They were able to simplify some very complex SEO information. My numbers are always increasing every month in terms of visibility. The number of forms being filled out via the online "Contact Us" form on my website increases every month.

I worked with Brad Solomon, co-founder, to get started. He was on several initial calls. I also had several calls with the content manager to determine the best content to put on the website. I have a dedicated website account manager, I interface directly with her for any information uploaded to the website. She is fast and responsive.

Within the first month of hiring SC Digital, my website reviews increased by over 200%. I also received 3 forms within one week from the "Contact Us" very shortly after bringing them on board. I had been in operation for 7 months prior to that and had never received a single Contact Us form.

Annie's Angels was in need of a company to maintain our website and make changes quickly as needed. I met Bradley through BNI. He liked our Angel mission and I liked his company philosophies.

SC Digital made a primary sweep of our website, checking for flaws, faults etc... They made changes to update and better our standing on google and other social media platforms. Now, they add/delete and maintain pages for family support, events, and fundraisers.

I work with mainly with three people from SC Digital. Bradley, the owner oversees our website and projects as need be. I also work with a web designer to build pages, set up events and fundraisers. I work with a developer who handles web integration with payment and other platforms.

As we move forward with SC Digital, our website has improved, grown and our donations are increasing as people visit and like what they see.

Being a charity that also works as a fiscal sponsor for our families, our website is in a state of constant change. I like the fact that I can email changes in the morning and before day's end the updates have been made.

I am impressed by SC Digital's commitment to quality and performance. Their unique quality is that they place community service over the bottom line with respect to working with Annie's Angels. I, our board of directors and our Angel families appreciate that.

They have always done what I asked for and produced what I expected. Is there an area that has room for improvement? I suppose but I have not found that area yet.

On top of that, they provide SEO services, both on- and off-site to increase our web presence. That also involves choosing the right keywords to optimize our site.

Thanks to their work, our closing rate on the website is 70%, which is above industry norms. Most of our colleagues have also said good things about our website and the projects that we do.

SC Digital has a great project management process. They’re very responsive, and they have a quick turnaround. Whenever I send them an email, I usually get a response from them within an hour. We also get in touch through calls.

They care about our success. For example, they want to see increased traffic to our website. Overall, their desire to grow our business has been impressive; they know that as our business grows, so is our relationship with them.

If your site will have a lot of photos, organize your photos as early as possible before reaching out to them.  Additionally, get back to them in a timely manner.
