BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a Honey Company, Bee Green Honey which I created and branded in 2014.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Sergio Laskin agency?

I wanted to create content with imagery and short slow motion videos for an updated custom website.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Although I am a photographer myself ( but not a product design creator) time and my resources were not enough to bring my vision to life. I have found Sergio through Behance and one of his previous project was an inspiration for how I envisioned the final imagery to look like, the playfulness with color and pastels were beautifully defined in that project and it was an easy decision to choose Sergio Laskin Agency.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The branding for the honey and the logo was already created by me The packaging for the honey consisted of a tall glass with wooden top lids and a minimal transparent label. The glass jars were packaged in a paper tube that in different pastel colors representing the different honey varieties available. We had send all of our products including the jars and packaging to Sergio in Latvia for further photography production. Once Sergio received our products he was ready for production.

We went back and forth choosing the right Airbnbn to shoot some of our products in a more natural setting which included models and children and this was above my expectations for the final delivery. From slow motion still to each product photographed individually, Sergio and his team went above and beyond to produce high quality imagery.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new website increased our sales by 65% from previous year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We maintain great communication throughout, trusting in their process and giving them enough free rein to produce the final deliverables, and confident based on their previous project that I would love it! Which I did!!!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From branding to product photography/ slow motion stills and post production, I knew my business needs would be meet from one team only.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything worked beautifully and in a timely matter with great communication. There wasn't anything they could have done differently.
