For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Resource, and what were your goals?

We hired Digital Resource to save our online marketing campaign. Our goal was to receive 15% hot leads from our using Digital Resource, but much to our surprise they got us to 20% hot leads. They are amazing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The cost and experience was great. Most other agencies wanted 30% but Digital was very reasonable with the management fee. They were very professional also and we are very happy with our Account Executive Logan Gamer.

Scope of the project was to develop actionable contacts that our counselors could assist. We were given a plan by Logan and Digital that was quantifiable and direct. Digital Resource had many resources that we were now using such as email contact marketing.

Digital Resources has many different professional Team Members. It seems that if we have an idea, they have a specialist. Fun to be a part of a "can do" vendor.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our agency went from 10-12% hot contacts to a consistent 20% hot contact rate. Very happy to be busy due to Digital Resource and Logan Gamer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have meeting weekly to discuss progress. They are an email or phone call away. We have a great relationship which has lead to an easy workflow arrangement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They deliver and listen. Simply a great experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes I wish I have met them 10 years ago.

Digital Resource's services were used for a set of videos that would highlight a business across various digital platforms, including a website and social media. Videos would includes office tours, service highlights, promotions, testimonials, and more.

What were your goals for this project?

To create high-quality, optimized video with authenticity and genuineness for social media marketing and digital advertising.

How did you select this vendor?

They had great SEO and digital content themselves. Also, the discovery process was very consultative, which was a great way to hash out ideas and expectations early on.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

With the assistance of an account manager, we strategized using our target audience details, broke down video concepts, and planned the execution of the video. On our chosen date, the multimedia specialist showed up with approved scripts and call sheets to keep things organized. We filmed, and it went really well. After that, edits were turned around within a couple weeks. We had a couple of small changes to be made and after that, we had our final videos ready to be dispersed.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Communication was always clear. The account manager was an awesome intermediary between us and the videographer. All questions were answered and edits were made with ease. We were able to relay all of our thoughts without any trouble.

We not only got high-quality video that was multi-purpose for all aspect of our digital marketing, but we had a great response from our online community!

first we went through wants and needs, site updates, existing products uses, transitions to new products, compatibility of resources, implementation and retooling.

our lead, logan, took care of all of the details!

we are satisfied with the quality of the deliverables received to date.

we've learned that logan is very patient when we are late or miss our weekly meetings (esp due to covid) he's super responsive and fast to email whatever is needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They listen to us and always show us that they care. They are professional and they know what they're doing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

they could have doubled the cookies they sent at christmas they were gone way too fast.
