We almost doubled the engagement and time spent on the page through their SEO work. Our cost per lead used to be $65, and we got it down to $20. Because of the improved SEO, people would spend a bit more time on the page. From there, the engagement would be longer, and we were able to understand behaviors and utilize our welcome and reengagement email series. The net result on those was that the conversion rate and bookings skyrocketed from 5–6 per email to triple that.

I can definitely tell that they have the latest information in front of them. One of the things I really, really like is that anytime that they present me with a concept or an idea, or any sort of presentation, you can tell it’s been vetted internally. It’s something that you could essentially take for granted, but I really don’t. It’s always a very client-ready product.
