Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
L+R's work was definitely high quality. We're one of their smaller clients, but L+R spent a good amount of time making sure that we were happy with the result. We appreciated having that personal touch.
Clients have told us that our product was by far the easiest to use and most visually appealing out of all our competitors. Before our project with L+R, it was unusable.
How did L+R perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management-wise, L+R was great at hitting deadlines, delivering the results that we wanted.
What did you find most impressive about L+R?
I was surprised to see how much time L+R's CEO spent with us, given that we were a relatively small client. For small businesses and startups, L+R can provide a unique service.
Are there any areas L+R could improve?
Not that I can think of.
What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with L+R?
Clients need to be sure of what their scope is and set expectations. This will make it easier to define projects with any agency, instead of figuring out everything on the spot.
