I'm the marketing specialist of an insulation distributor company, in which I oversee all marketing initiatives. Essential we buy insulation from manufacturers and resell it to contractors at lower quantities per order.

Our campaign leads have gone from a few a day to 20+ a day on average.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, we meet at least 1-2 times a week on top of email and phone conversations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their focus on a valued relationship. Everyone I talk to makes me feel like our partnership is valued at any level.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. They are proactive about many things and when issues come up they are quick to correctly fix.

Rocket55 walked us through the development of our new website. They made each step so simple and straightforward! They helped us develop new content, pick new imagery, and came up with an elegant design that is right in line with our branding, and so easy for our patients to use! Rocket55 also helped us to integrate a scheduler onto our site to allow patients to schedule themselves!

Not only that, but they used SEO to optimize our site, leading to more traffic and leads than we have ever had. Now we show up at the top of search results! On top of that, they ran ads for us, allowing us to pour fuel on the fire to capture even more qualified leads.

What was the team composition?

We were given an account manager, and have worked closely with SEO and digital advertising strategists. They have a full team of copywriters, designers, and developers that we have worked with too at various points. Whatever type of digital specialist you need, they seem to have one!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a few short months, we had gotten more traffic to our site than ever before, and very quickly our website became the main source of leads for our business! Since then things have only improved each quarter, with more traffic reaching the site, and more leads coming from that traffic.

We now regularly show up at the top of search results for our most important search terms! We couldn't be happier with the work done by Rocket55 and their talented team!

The workflow with Rocket55 was seamless. It really felt like they were just an extension of our internal team at times. They were prompt, polite, and proactive with their ideation for how to improve our online presence. With Rocket55 we really felt like we had a team of experts in our corner who all wanted us to succeed as badly as we did.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The experts we worked with were so knowledgeable, and they were able to simplify what had seemed like such a complex challenge! They took the headache away and made the path to success very obvious.
