Helm
The folks behind helm. had an idea. The southeast-based lawyers at Johannesmeyer & Sawyer wanted to take the legal process into the virtual world…only problem was, that wasn’t really a thing. They came to Sync with a vision and tasked us with creating a fully-functional website for their online law firm.

Bonitz
Bonitz offers solutions in commercial flooring, walls, ceilings, roofing systems, access flooring, floor care, and much more.
The folks at Bonitz wanted to tell a story. Their story. And their website wasn’t doing it. They came to Sync looking to refresh their brand aesthetic and share their company culture more compellingly with their customers. And we delivered.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the marketing manager at MGM Brakes.
What challenge were you trying to address with SYNCHRONICITY?
We hired them to build our website so that we could sell to dealers and distributors.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We relied on SYNCHRONICITY to develop our website using concrete5. The most critical element of the site was including an e-commerce component.
What is the team composition?
We worked with 6–7 people.
How did you come to work with SYNCHRONICITY?
We sought a local company that didn’t send the work to overseas developers. We interviewed three companies in the area and selected SYNCHRONICITY following several interviews with our management group.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2014, and we’re still in contact with them today.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their programmers are top-notch. When our website went live, we had very few glitches.
How did SYNCHRONICITY perform from a project management standpoint?
We held weekly meetings for about a year, and we communicated well through Basecamp, which we still use to communicate and share files.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They understood our product and our company pretty quickly. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no complaints.
