IdeaStudio | Tulsa Logo Design Specialists provided graphic design services for us, including logo designs, flyers, posters, postcards, and t-shirts — they work directly with my printing provider. They take care of these tasks every year; we start by talking with them about our past events to assess the concept for every year, ensuring that we convey the event's main purpose.

People were delighted with the materials IdeaStudio | Tulsa Logo Design Specialists created for us, including the invites for our event, t-shirt designs, and social media content. This helped us increase our footprint to grow our awareness as an organization.

They were great at ensuring we had everything on time by adapting to our deadlines. Regarding communication, we used in-person meetings and phone calls to review the process and ask for changes.

I didn’t think there was anything they could improve on.

Be specific with your requirements, and don’t be afraid to provide feedback and ask for changes because they’re very open.

We have an annual event for our fundraiser, and we needed help with designing professional marketing materials.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IdeaStudio | Tulsa Logo Design Specialists has been our designer for logos and marketing materials since 2004. They’ve taken the time to understand what we do and how we do it to create incredible artwork and marketing pieces for our campaigns. In addition, their work has included presentation pieces, tickets, directional signage, slogans, taglines, invitations for patrons and general admissions, and other collaterals that give identity to our organization.

We’ve been working with Lori (CEO) throughout our partnership.

We chose them because we liked their previous work, which stood out from other design agencies. We also appreciated their personal touch, ability to listen to us, and how they could adapt the materials to our needs.

So far, we’ve invested $100,000–$150,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2004, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The event we do attracts about 2,000 people yearly, but it reaches out to thousands across our state. In addition, the designs they make for us are in magazines, newspapers, social media platforms, and paid digital ads.

Overall, their work has been professional, recognizable, creative, fun, and unique. Moreover, IdeaStudio | Tulsa Logo Design Specialists is aware of trends and hits our target constantly with fresh and new looks.

How did IdeaStudio | Tulsa Logo Design Specialists perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is excellent in terms of meeting deadlines and staying within budget, even when we request last-minute changes. Regarding tools and communication, we use email, phone calls, Zoom, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their impressive customer service is what distinguishes them from other providers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think they can improve anything because we’re delighted with their work and don’t see ourselves using someone else for these tasks.

Puente Pro, LLC hired IdeaStudio Tulsa to design the business logo that is used on all branding and marketing materials, including website, email signature, business cards, social media accounts, etc.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected this vendor based on my relationship with Lori. She has been an amazing supporter of local companies in Tulsa and nonprofit organizations. I knew her reputation, professionalism, and work ethic, so I trusted her to do the job for such an important first impression - someone's logo/brand.

Our logo was the final deliverable.

Thanks to the professional logo, Puente Pro has a cohesive brand image on the website and social media platforms, as well as printed business cards and email signature. I'm very happy with the final product.

Lori was a great communicator throughout the process and had an open mind when I asked questions about the colors before the final logo. She delivered results in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

IdeaStudio works quickly to deliver results and listen to what the client needs. Lori is a true creative professional who cares about the final product and makes sure we are satisfied.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have anything to add to this question. Lori was great in every way with the design of Puente Pro!

I am the owner/sole proprietorship of a small custom embroidery business!

The business was just starting out and had no identity or logo/brand. I needed assistance getting started with logo design, especially to generate a web presence.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I had originally worked with them to provide embroidery for another client who had used them for their logo design and absolutely loved the clients logo design!

I originally met with Lori to interview her regarding the direction of the project. during the interview, Lori asked pertinent questions about the original of the business, the direction we wanted to go with it and the timeframe planned for future expansion. Within a short time, she presented me with MANY ideas and designs, from which we chose as our final logo. We received a computer file with a number of formats detailing the chosen logo.

We mostly worked with one (the designer) but had one contact with the CFO of IdeaStudio.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the logo/brand was developed, we have built a web presence as well as a wholesale/retail network of clients that has expanded beyond my ability to service by myself and has allowed me to employ others to help with the embroidery work. Because of the branding IdeaStudio developed for us, I can be proud of the way the company is received by potential and existing clients!

The communication was easy and frequent, and was always focused on what my company needed immediately, but with a view of any future necessities.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the things that stood out to me was the amazing creativity that the designer had, and her ability to focus on what I wanted (and needed) to present my products in the best way possible!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot think of anything I would change to improve their service to me! What IdeaStudio did for me was amazing!
