As with most agencies, there's always the opportunity for more micromanagement and ideas. I'd love for them to pitch new items to improve the mobile site's look and feel. Since we do much design internally now, they often focus exclusively on the technical aspect. It's always nice to have another set of eyes, so I welcome their creative input.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Onit Digital is highly communicative and never sells me smoke and mirrors. They speak the truth and live by their word. There’s a trickle-down effect from their amazing leadership.
