At the beginning of our collaboration, we had only a vague idea of what we wanted and lacked clearly defined requirements. Qubstudio took full ownership of guiding us through the process — from clarifying our brand’s core to shaping it strategically.

Through a series of well-structured workshops, we defined our brand story, mission, vision, and key messaging. We also completely redesigned our logo, embedding clear meaning and structure into its form. The visual identity was transformed — our color palette was refined to reflect a more mature and meaningful tone, and the overall look of Kaizen Hub became coherent and value-driven, rather than abstract.

Key deliverables included a full brand book, templates for social media visuals, presentation decks, and title designs. These assets have given us consistency and clarity across all communication channels, elevating the way we present ourselves both internally and externally.

They also created social media and presentation templates (Google Slides is done, PowerPoint is in progress), a brand positioning statement, a new slogan, and a descriptor to strengthen the brand’s market position.

For the website, they updated the high-level information architecture (sitemap) based on the target goals and provided low-fidelity wireframes for the main pages. They defined the creative direction through a visual mood board and a design session using a thorough yes/no map. Additionally, they explored multiple homepage concepts, presenting two visual directions before finalizing the chosen style.

This structured process ensures the brand remains modern, consistent, and strategically aligned with its goals.

The updated brand identity, including a new logo, typography, icons, and tone of voice, has established a more modern and cohesive presence. The refined brand positioning statement, slogan, and descriptor have strengthened market differentiation.

On the digital side, the updated website structure and information architecture ensure a more intuitive user experience. The creative direction, established through a visual mood board and design sessions, has led to a well-defined aesthetic. Additionally, multiple homepage concepts were explored, and the final direction was now approved, paving the way for the whole website rollout. Notably, website performance—such as load times—has improved by over 200% compared to the previous version.

What impressed us most about this company is how they tackled our main challenges. They quickly understood that our website wasn’t clearly explaining what Infrakit does or how we add value to projects. They also addressed the inconsistent communication across our international units, creating unified templates and guidelines. Not really. They are very attentive to feedback and made all the types of course-corrections we asked of them. Not only this, but they were also able to defend design/development decisions that we couldn’t understand at the time, but with their guidance we were able to come out with better results. Good recommendations and portfolio, the company has also been a part of the Lviv IT Cluster community for several years.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

In the first stage, the Qubstudio team analyzed competitors and built an Information Architecture. Based on the results of the design exercises, they generated design concepts, and after we chose the concept we liked the most, the team started working on the website design.

Though we had a brand book, Web Designers made a few changes in visual identity and refreshed the style. Delivery in the second stage included UI screens and mobile, tablet, and desktop versions of the website design. After everything was approved, the team prepared and transferred the files to the developers.

During the third project stage, they worked on landing pages. Since we plan to create landing pages ourselves in the future, Qubstudio's task was to provide a certain number of landing pages and generate universal variable blocks from which we can assemble full-fledged pages. In the 4th final stage, the team completed the website design of the remaining web pages, created variable blocks for the IT Cluster project pages, and provided the UI Kit.

The team deeply analyzed our website design and content, made a UX review, and build the Information Architecture. Our cooperation resulted in a complex website design including styles, animations, colors & gradients, and additional design elements.

The process of our cooperation was profound and efficient. Regularly, we communicated in strategic sessions and received all the tasks updates in Slack. Qubstudio team constantly collaborated with developers team to make the website as easy to administer as possible. While working on landing pages, Qubstudio Web Designers also communicated (on calls and via Slack) with other departments of the Lviv IT Cluster, for which the landing pages were made.

The project team was very productive and considerate. As to Project Management, everything was timely and effective. The design process was also smooth and efficient. With a highly proactive approach, the Product Designer took into account our requirements, suggested great concepts, and provided top-notch solutions. Qubstudio provided our NGO with social media visuals designs on a regular basis : we ran monthly fundraising campaigns and each month their talented designers created a new concept for posts and stories. 
We also launched several landing pages for key campaigns, so Qubstudio created designs from scratch, which wasn't easy considering the always changing miltech environment in Ukraine.

The success of our fundraising campaigns relied on multiple factors, including design. In the indicated time period we raised about 150 000 EUR.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

In the first stage, the Qubstudio team analyzed the market, developed detailed technical specifications for design, development, information architecture and wireframes. They generated design concepts and after we chose the concept we liked the most, the team started working on the design for local and global websites.  

After that, the team prepared the design system which includes typography, color palette, layouts & grids, interactive elements and their states, navigation, and identity elements like illustrations, photography, graphics, etc.  

The team provided design support for developers in creating a quality website and managed this process afterward. As a result, the website with Qubstudio design has been successfully launched. 

The Qubstudio team was highly involved in website development, handling technical issues, and launching the website. This is very convenient because we received all the development and design on a turnkey basis.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team conducted benchmarking analysis, detailed technical specifications for design, development of the website, wireframes, information architecture, UI kit, technical documentation. Our collaboration resulted in a launched website.

Throughout our collaboration, we communicated productively and efficiently. We regularly had calls to review work progress and discuss the next steps.  

The Qubstudio collaborated closely with the developer's team to ensure the design was implemented and all the requirements were met. 

Although small hiccups related to timely status feedback were present, it was fixed shortly after close communication of the issue with account manager.
