What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our users praise the new products for being much more intuitive than before. All of our feedback has been super positive. We’re happy with their work as well. They really thought through onboarding and how users would experience the app for the first time.
The delivered product is much more than bare-bones MVP designs. Instead, the team was thoughtful and gave us tons of different screens and animation options. They really went the extra mile.
How did QubStudio perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been excellent, willing to hop on the phone every other day for conference calls. Their team is proactive about sending us UI/UX notes and screens when we need them. We had about two calls each week, but they were proactive with communication and called as needed. Aside from those calls, we spoke mostly over email. Because they’ve been fantastic, we’re hoping to continue using their services.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their designs is above and beyond what we expected. They have incredible designers on staff with amazing customer support skills. They’ve always been proactive about solving our problems, some of which we weren’t even aware of beforehand. It was nice to have a partner that could consider the big picture while working.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re proactive and able to come up with ideas, so put work into preparing for their calls each week. That’ll move the project along faster.
