Our goal was to create a website design and development for the American website of the non-profit organization Come Back Alive. We are releasing this site and communicating about it to the American market.

Qubstudio provided our NGO with social media visuals designs on a regular basis : we ran monthly fundraising campaigns and each month their talented designers created a new concept for posts and stories. 
We also launched several landing pages for key campaigns, so Qubstudio created designs from scratch, which wasn't easy considering the always changing miltech environment in Ukraine.

The success of our fundraising campaigns relied on multiple factors, including design. In the indicated time period we raised about 150 000 EUR.

Qubstudio was very professional in their communication. They prepared the designs sticking to the deadlines. The only issue we had from our side was when we needed campaign design urgently (aka today right after the call), they suggested to agree on a reasonable deadline, and we couldn't wait.

In the first stage, the Qubstudio team analyzed the market, developed detailed technical specifications for design, development, information architecture and wireframes. They generated design concepts and after we chose the concept we liked the most, the team started working on the design for local and global websites.  

After that, the team prepared the design system which includes typography, color palette, layouts & grids, interactive elements and their states, navigation, and identity elements like illustrations, photography, graphics, etc.  

The team provided design support for developers in creating a quality website and managed this process afterward. As a result, the website with Qubstudio design has been successfully launched. 

The Qubstudio team was highly involved in website development, handling technical issues, and launching the website. This is very convenient because we received all the development and design on a turnkey basis.

Lisa and the UX designer were both great. They did a fantastic job and were very communicative.

Qubstudio was very professional and had strong communication skills. The team understood our requirements and did professional research.

Qubstudio could improve in adjusting their schedule. There was a time when the team was on vacation, and we didn't know about it. That was the only thing to improve.

• 20% growth in number of users

One of them was the successful design of the product ecosystem, which included the development of landing pages and graphic materials. The final deliverables included Figma screens, boards, and documentation, which were all completed to a high standard. These outcomes demonstrate that the vendor was able to meet the project requirements and deliver a quality product.

We are more than satisfied with our cooperation with Qubstudio. I note exceptional productivity, quality, and work speed with full-time involvement. The only thing I can recommend improving is task management at the stage of design support with part-time involvement. Our teams integrated Qubstudio's designers directly into our projects. I worked with my Partnerships Coordinator and a Qubstudio Account Manager to manage contract logistics in the background.

We were able to expand and extend the work for one of our biggest clients, thanks in large part to Qubstudio's design support.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We integrated Qubstudio's designers into our team seamlessly. If ever there were issues with project fit, we escalated to our Qubstudio Account Manager and were able to pivot or find an alternative.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their designers' ability to context switch and provide support on any project to which they were assigned was super helpful in making the most of their talents. Their diligence and commitment to effective communication make them great partners to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Flexibility on engaging with designers on a part-time basis could be super helpful in managing support needs as they ebb & flow. More confidence in representing Design during both internal and client-facing meeting would also make their designers more versatile in terms of types of assignments for which we could engage them.

We needed a fresh new brand for Ozone API that would work across all our online and offline touch points. We kept our name but wanted a completely new look that represents our brand, values and one that makes us stand out against our competitors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted three global agencies as part of a pitch process. The deciding factors included quality of work (portfolio), availability and timelines as well as the cost estimate. QubStudio's work was of an exceptionally high standard. We really love the work they have done in the past and with our brand and the timing worked well for our needs.

After a series of discovery meetings to align on the scope of work, we did a yes/no exercise to align on our preferred design aesthetics. It was a great way to streamline the design process. QS then delivered two concept designs and we all loved one route which we then rolled out. QubStudio were very accommodating to our requested edits and they turned around the work quickly and efficiently. We are thrilled with the outcome and cannot wait to launch our new brand once the new website is ready to go live!
