My company is new and we wanted to have a place to serve as a representation of our work, information, and capabilities. Milia Marketing provided us with the capabilities to develop our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I discovered Milia Marketing through word of mouth from another local film company.

We started the process through a virtual meeting and developed more communication through email. I was provided with a questionnaire so that Milia Marketing would have the information needed to build a website based on my needs. Each round of revisions was easy and communicated through email and other development sites for me to review the website.

I believe I worked with three people on Milia Marketing's team and each person was helpful throughout the whole process.

No measurable metrics can be shared.

The project management was great. They provided a multitude of helpful tools for viewing the website versions and leaving notes. In addition, standard email and virtual meetings were flawless in practice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication skills, time efficiency, and the feeling that they cared.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything they needed to improve on.

I’m the founder and CEO of a marketplace called OndeCare. We provide on-demand, in-home care for loved ones of all ages and needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Milia Marketing?

We hired them to run our Google Ads efforts for our various market segments. We wanted to achieve lucrative responses and new users for our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They manage our Google Ads campaigns and place the ads. Their team also creates content for us. Using some of our historic content, they customize some materials and place them, as well. They also provide marketing direction about any changes we should make for our budget and placements.  

What is the team composition?

Anthony (Owner) is the only person I’ve met, but I know there are others on the team working on content. 

How did you come to work with Milia Marketing?

After a different firm spent a lot of money without attracting many users at all, I reached out to Anthony, who I met at an event. He gave us a very thorough, deliberate proposal that was within our budget and could grow with me. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2019. Our engagement is currently paused since April 2020 because of COVID-19, because we’re not spending money on advertising when people can’t utilize our services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve seen an increase in quality traffic and people are spending more time on our site. People are being directed to calling our office and signing up on the site, so we’re seeing good conversions. 

How did Milia Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done really well. They provide real-time analysis of how our advertisements are doing. They look at the activity on a daily basis and make changes to their plans accordingly. It’s not like they’re sitting around and waiting for the monthly budget to be exhausted before making changes. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team pays attention regularly to our needs and makes adjustments as if they were the business owner. They take great ownership over our small budget, which is great. Anthony is very upfront, transparent, and provides value from day one.

There’s nothing they could improve.

We hired Milia Marketing to develop our first e-commerce outlet site within a very short 30 days window and then to maintain the site while we went through a pilot phase.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals were to work cross functionally with our supply chain team, IT organization, finance and compliance, customer care and branding team to bring this site to life within a 30 day period. Milia Marketing also had to do all of the due diligence in gathering product data as we only supplied limited information and did not have the bandwidth to product details.

The project was completed in record time and we were indeed impressed with the quality of work. Milia Marketing was completely professional and perform beyond our initial expectations. The site launch was successful and they have been extremely responsive in helping us to work through pilot learnings.

Project management was detailed at the beginning of the project with our key development contact and it was executed flawlessly. Always accessible, responsive to questions and always willing to jump on a call to solve issues or come up with solutions to unforeseen road blocks.

Quality of work, over professionalism in working with the multiple layers of our organization and timeliness of the work being complete.

I am the founder and principal of the company.

We needed a completely new and properly functioning website, as ours was very old and not reflecting our company in the best light it could.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a website that had a refreshed and modern look, was responsive to proper devices, had the appropriate amount of SEO and backend work redone, and update all messaging for the company to better reflect who we are in 2020.

I had known and heard of Anthony for a long time. I had seen their work and was excited to work with them because I heard great things. We considered other companies for this and I selected Milia Marketing.

The designed, developed, and launched a new website for us with the material and vision we provided. We provided such things as copy, photos and videos, testimonials, etc.. and Anthony and his developer got to work building a mockup of the website. It was ready in about a month for review, but due to some setbacks on our end, we took a while to get back to them with changes and revisions. Once we finally launched, an SEO specialist was and still is submitting SEO status updated and progression.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

While we do not have any solid metrics yet, I can say that the website has fundamentally changed how we are perceived as an organization. It took our organization to a much more professional level that looks and functions as we expect. When we launched, we also had 3 leads reach out to us because they saw the new site.

Project management was mostly through email and WordPress. Got the job done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think it was fantastic how they were able to take our former website and completely breathe new life into it and position us as one of the best service providers in the area. They took a broad idea and goal and turned into a real asset.
