I’m the CEO of a payment management software company. We’re a fintech startup that manages money flows between homeowners, contractors, and everyone associated with a construction project. We hold people accountable to their original contracts, pay funds upon tasks completed, and eliminate the misunderstandings and frustrations commonly found in the construction industry.

We needed help to develop an online web application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Expedition Co. has built a payment processing system via escrow, banking, and fintech services. Initially, they did a deep dive into our services. We told them what we were trying to produce, and Expedition Co. understood clearly what we wanted to build. We created the contract, and once it was signed, they started working.

The team has built a flow from start to finish of a contract for a construction job site. We’d architected the whole system along with how we wanted the flow to work. Then, Expedition Co. did UI/UX design and created the solution.

Additionally, they’ve prepped everything to make it mobile, but we’ll spend that money later.

What is the team composition?

We have about eight team members, including developers and designers.

How did you come to work with Expedition Co.?

I was friends with them. Jesse (Co-Founder) and I have known each other since middle school. After working with another company that didn’t deliver what we needed, we felt the right thing to do was go back to Expedition Co. and have a conversation.

They were able to regurgitate what we were looking for with a clear basis. We compared them with the competitors, and Expedition Co. had a better understanding of what we were trying to accomplish, which was the main selling point for us. Since we worked with banking systems, we were also encouraged by our mentors to build with US developers.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in August 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Expedition Co. has delivered a fully-functional product. We track the effectiveness of the technology, the features’ progress, and the acceptance from our user base.

How did Expedition Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re generally on time. The team might’ve slightly underestimated the complexity of the project, so the development took a bit longer than expected. However, they’ve been great at communicating.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good teammates. Moreover, Expedition Co. is good at communicating, listening, and following up on what we’re looking for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve gone a bit deeper in their analysis so we could’ve come across some issues earlier on. Also, we could’ve hashed out more things about the budget upfront.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As with any engagement, you should be clear about your expectations and the direction you want to take. If you architect exactly what you want in advance, they’ll be better suited to deliver. We did a decent job, but there are always tweaks.

What challenge were you trying to address with Expedition Co.?

We needed help designing and developing a new version of our mobile application to launch to the market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Expedition Co. designed and developed our Android and iOS applications. We first had a discovery phase where we brought them to our office and spent two days reviewing our previous app’s version to design the new product. Expedition Co. used the app's first version as a reference and created a product roadmap for the next 12 months. 

After the discovery phase, Expedition Co. designed our app and delivered high-fidelity wireframes. They then moved on to the development phase and used React Native, TypeScript, and Google Cloud Platform throughout the project. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with three full stack engineers, two QA specialists, a project manager, and a lead product designer. We also worked with Jesse (Co-Founder) and Isaac (Co-Founder); they weren’t present at all times but oversaw the quality of the project. 

How did you come to work with Expedition Co.?

I went to college with Jesse and Isaac and stayed in touch with them. I contacted Expedition Co. because I wanted to develop a premium product, and I chose them for their experience and previous work with premium brands. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $300,000 with Expedition Co. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Expedition Co. on this project from March 2022–December 2022. However, we’ll continue to work with them in future development projects; we see them as long-term partners.

SOLUTION

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Expedition Co. met our expectations and developed a premium product that has opened more doors to our company than I could’ve ever thought. We’ve presented our app at launching events and received great feedback about its design and development. 

Moreover, Expedition Co.’s thoroughness and review process were unmatched. They were very helpful, and I didn’t have to worry about the app’s development. 

Expedition Co. developed an app that we can show to potential investors and customers. We’re currently looking at raising another round of funds for our startup. 

How did Expedition Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

Expedition Co. met deadlines and stayed on budget. Their communication was excellent. Jesse and Isaac gave me access to their Slack, and I could reach them anytime for emergencies or bugs. Expedition Co. always answered quickly to my questions. 

Moreover, Expedition Co.’s project management skills were great. They were aware of which things were urgent and which weren’t. Expedition Co. had over 15 years of experience and worked like a well-oiled machine. Expedition Co.’s team felt like a family and became an extension of my company. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed at how well Expedition Co. handled high-pressure situations. Jesse and Isaac are some of the best mediators I’ve worked with — they’re very calm and cool. I’ve experienced before that companies don’t empathize with their clients, and Expedition Co. was the opposite. I believe that’s key to building good relationships and products.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wished Expedition Co. had walked us through their process slower and clearer. Maybe they should’ve over-explained because they worked so fast that they jumped right at it. I didn’t look closely at some scope details and realized it later in the project. I know that was on me, but they moved so fast that I missed details at times. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend potential customers not to get caught up in the initial budget because it’s usually higher than the final project’s cost. If you go with Expedition Co., I can assure you that you’ll get a great quality product, less stress, and more sleep. Don’t compare prices because you’ll probably get a better budget from another company. Still, I can guarantee that my experience would’ve been completely different if I hadn’t chosen Expedition Co. I had already developed the app's first version and didn’t have an experience as good as this time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The product Xcode built has opened more doors for me than I could have imagined because of just the professionalism and premium look and feel. It carries weight in our ability to show off our app to investors. I’m looking forward to raising another round of funds for our startup. How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team was very well- oiled machine. They had a good rhythm, and they all had respect for each other. In our meetings, no one oversees one another. They prioritized what was completely necessary at the time. They used Jira, Slack, and emails. Whenever there was an emergency, they made it happen. They responded within 5 minutes of me suggesting it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very calm and cool in pretty serious situations, too. It’s not easy to strike a balance between hard and soft skills, and I think that comes from a lot of different cultures. Jesse and Isaac are some of the best mediators I’ve ever worked with. Especially when someone is putting money into projects right away and doesn’t have a passion for it, which is something that most companies are not able to do. They’d be very proud to show you.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

It’s hard to think of something for them to improve. Maybe their price could be higher, but compared to other vendors we’ve worked with, I’m pretty happy.

I’m the chief creative officer at Lucid Theory, a full-service creative marketing and production company. Our services include social media strategy, video production, PR, animation, social media management, and paid media advertising.

What challenge were you trying to address with Expedition Co.?

I’ve worked with Expedition Co. on a number of different projects. For our most recent project, we needed help with UX design and web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Expedition Co. provided us with UX design and front- and backend development services to build our company’s website from scratch. We had a previous website, but they didn’t use any elements from it.

At the beginning of this project, we simply told them that we needed a new website, and we went through a series of consultations. Throughout these sessions, Expedition Co. provided us with different design references and styles, and we narrowed down the options to one that fit our voice, tone, and visual language.

Then, Expedition Co. worked with us on how to repurpose some of our work assets as portfolio samples to add to the site. During this process, we provided them with some video files for some commercials we’ve made, and they took different elements from those assets to implement them on the site.

On top of that, we collaborated with Expedition Co. to design the overall UX and flow for the site, using innovative web animations and scrolling methods for the path our clients would go through. As part of the UX design process, they implemented some lead-generation techniques to incentivize visitors to contact us in interesting ways.

Then, Expedition Co. developed the site on an innovative platform, but I don’t recall its name. They designed the site so that it was accessible from both desktop and mobile devices. Therefore, we also had a robust testing phase to ensure it was optimized for and looked great on both platforms. After that, they got us up and running and implemented an integration with our emails.

What is the team composition?

I primarily interacted with Isaac (Co-Founder) and Kevin (Lead Product Designer). I knew there were other Expedition Co.’s teammates working on the project, but I didn’t interact with them directly.

How did you come to work with Expedition Co.?

I’ve worked with Expedition Co. for many years. I met Isaac and Jesse (Co-Founder) a decade ago, and we worked together on a couple of projects for another agency. We’ve stayed in touch and seen each other grow over the years, so it was nice for me to reconnect with them for this project. Some of the things that made me work with them over other competitors were their design sensibility, work ethic, ambition level, and service level.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2022, and Expedition Co. wrapped up the initial scope in January 2023. However, they still provide ongoing services as necessary.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I couldn’t be happier with the services Expedition Co. provided. Thanks to them, we now have a functional virtual storefront for our company. Our website is primarily a client showcase with certain case studies of what we’ve been able to achieve. Expedition Co. was instrumental in finding a way to show our services to potential clients in an innovative manner, taking the initiative to make our site fresh and unique. Additionally, our new site works flawlessly.

How did Expedition Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

Expedition Co. was very responsive to our requests, coming back within minutes or hours. Anytime we needed a new page, update, or change, they jumped on it very quickly. Throughout the project, we were in constant communication via Slack, email, phone, and Zoom.

We had a schedule we had to adhere to, and Expedition Co. stayed on top of it. By setting our expectations, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Moreover, their team was eager to wrap up each stage, so although it was a collaborative process, they definitely helped us keep on schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The UX design phase was when Expedition Co.’s team shone very brightly. Additionally, their customer service and expectations management were their strengths.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback for Expedition Co. — I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be as ambitious as possible and let them lead the project. They provide great suggestions, so follow their advice, and they’ll put you in a completely different category. If you’re ambitious and audacious with your goal, they’ll help you get there.

What challenge were you trying to address with Expedition Co.?

We wanted to create a website. Additionally, we were considering building some apps and a digital platform to help deliver our services to our clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Expedition Co. designed and developed our website largely from scratch. They recommended that we switch from our platform to Webflow. We provided them with content and our preferences along the way. The team designed 6–7 pages using Figma, and we gave them feedback on how to set up the pages and what to put on them. 

As for content, we asked them o make sure that all of our social media was available. The Expedition Co. team also put a number of videos on the site that we wanted to make available. They added call-to-action buttons for users to schedule calls with us.

What is the team composition?

Isaac (Co-Founder) oversaw the project, and we worked with three other people, including a designer, an engineer, and a project manager. There was a time when some folks got sick, so the team members shifted around. 

How did you come to work with Expedition Co.?

I was working on another project where Isaac and his team were involved. For our website, we picked Expedition Co. because I liked working with Isaac. I appreciated how he approached customer service and brainstorming and how hands-on he was. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2021–May 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since switching over to Webflow and having the site live, we've seen a noticeable uptick in traffic. Additionally, we've had at least one sale that came through the site. Our business model calls for bigger sales that take a while to close, so the fact that we've already had one conversion is a testament to the site's success. 

How did Expedition Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed really well from a project management standpoint. We tended to have lots of little changes, so there was a bit of back and forth. There were some delays from our side because, as a startup, we sometimes have cash flow issues, and it took us a while to pay for part of the project. 

We used email and text to communicate and Figma to give design feedback. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with Isaac, who was very hands-on. I appreciated having the co-founder involved and making sure we had what we needed. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

In hindsight, I would have wanted to see more design options. They handed us the initial design and didn't encourage us to stray too far from that, which wasn't the best approach. However, they created a good website.

I advise you to articulate as much about what you're looking for as possible.

I’m the CEO of Coffee Now LLC. We’re located in Yakima, Washington, and we have about 14 employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Expedition Co.?

We were looking o build a complete software solution for a mobile beverage delivery service.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Expedition Co. has built customer, in-house employee, and admin control board apps from scratch. They’ve done development and design. We initially had a blueprint in our head, so we gave them what we wanted to do, and they worked on it from that.

We’ve built the project in phases. The initial sprint was from April–October 2020, and then they worked on various features, updates, and bug fixes throughout the end of 2020 and into April 2021. After that, we started to ramp back up with the team to build the second version.

The product is a beverage delivery service, so all the orders, payments, and deliveries are done through it. We have an online menu, a group order feature, saved recent history, and so on. It’s for iOS and Android, and we’re working on a web version as well.

What is the team composition?

We personally work with four people. Our main point of contact is Matt (Head of Engineering); he is very sharp. 

How did you come to work with Expedition Co.?

We actually found them on Clutch. My business partner and I had kicked around the idea, and we needed a software partner. We weren’t looking for a large firm; we wanted to team up with someone who could mold our needs and standards.

Since we didn’t know about building a software platform, we researched online and came across Clutch. We dug into it and went through the site; we submitted our idea, which was sent to different software companies. In the end, we reached out to 3–4 vendors, but we decided to go with Expedition Co.

We initially got along well with one of the partners, so we felt that they were relating to what we were trying to do since the beginning. Also, they were interested in being our partner and having some skin in the game. That was huge for us because we were looking for a lifelong relationship, so we needed to feel confident that it would be the right fit.

Finally, we chatted with them for a bit and flew down to L.A. to meet their team in person before we signed the deal and moved forward with them.

How much have you invested with them?

The first phase was $350,000; we spent an additional $10,000–$20,000 that got us up to April. We’ll probably spend $150,000–$200,000 more before the end of the year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We got into discussions in late 2019 and flew to L.A. in March 2020. They started working on our project in April 2020, and our partnership is ongoing, but it has been in big waves.

It’s been a great relationship all around; we’ve been very pleased with Expedition Co. When we first started, we built the idea on a grand scale and had to tailor back. They were very instrumental in helping us figure out the phases and what we needed to do.

How did Expedition Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a Slack one-on-one call every week, and they give us updates often. We had a different project manager when we first started, but we’re now working with Matt. He has taken over our project, and it has gone really well.

The majority of our communication is through Slack, but we’ve had a couple of emails here and there to share wireframes and so on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The main points for us have been their trustworthiness and relatability. They have some experience in the beverage industry, and the partners have been friends for a long time, just like us. We merged well together, and Expedition Co. understands our long-term goals and visions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. We’ve worked with them for some time now, and our experience has been very pleasant. They’re flexible and focused on the big picture, which helps us to move where we want to go.

Be open and honest. Communicate what you want to do and where you want to go. They do an excellent job of seeing the larger picture and doing whatever it takes to get there.

I’m the senior marketing manager at an event technology company. We build products for the event industry, including technologies that enable event registration and analytics.

We needed their team to support our rebranding efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve been in the business for over 10 years, so our company wanted to optimize our operations by rewarding our clients with a brand overhaul. The main challenge we were faced with was having an outdated website that didn’t represent our products well, so Expedition Co. came into the picture to help us address this. 

We relayed our design and branding preferences to their team, and they helped us flesh out and finalize the font styles, color schemes, and branding styles to implement into our website and other ad products. They then sent out a variety of samples and mock-ups for our internal team’s approval. Once we selected the version that best represented our brand and nature of business, Expedition Co. implemented minor tweaks to finalize the design before the wireframing phase.

During the product development phase, we conducted multiple testing and feedback sessions to ensure that the website functioned ideally before its go-live. We also tasked Expedition Co. with generating additional web pages as the implementation stage progressed.

We shortlisted their team along with two other companies, and all of them underwent our vetting process. We were impressed with their portfolio and the client testimonials featured on their website. Our rebranding project with Expedition Co. ran from January–June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Expedition Co. was an expert and professional team that brought our rebranding ideas to life. Everyone was blown away with what they produced — the absence of negative feedback from our partners and our internal staff was our main success metric for their team’s work. 

We launched the website last June 2021 and quickly received impressive boosts in leads and our social media engagement. Expedition Co. was victorious in reintroducing our brand as a lucrative platform of sophistication, and this resulted in great investment deals and demo requests from multiple companies. Had it not been for their team’s efforts, we wouldn’t be able to market our business as an important service provider in the luxury sector.

I can’t say enough good things about Expedition Co.’s project management approach — they were a communicative and adaptable team that took all our requests and feedback into great consideration. COVID-19 changed the way we positioned our company in the hospital. We needed to transform out sales techniques from in-person to online. We wanted our sales representatives to be able to use our website to sell without needing to be in hospitals.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Expedition helped us create an informative and interactive design that allowed our end-users to walk through our product and see it from all angles. They developed a website with a rendering that allows users to immerse themselves in the product without physically having it. It was a website development project, and they essentially created a 3D design.

What is the team composition?

We worked with at least four people from Expedition. We worked with an engineer, a UX designer, and a sales representative who was the intermediary between all of us.

How did you come to work with Expedition Co.?

I did a Google search but then did a deeper dive when I learned that a lot of different companies could build a site for us. We liked Expedition’s website because it was clean and innovative. They matched our company’s position and understood our vision.

We spent roughly $50,000 on the project.

We collaborated between April 2020–January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We liked the way that users walk through the website. It’s seamless. Our distributors and end-users are impressed by it. Their feedback demonstrates that it works the way we want it to. It’s a great sales tool because we’re able to show the end-user our product without being in the operating room.

How did Expedition Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team was great. They used software that had different projects on it, and we would sign off on them. It was a good process. Communication was strong too. If there was a challenge or issue, they were quick to solve it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were innovative and understood our vision. We’re a vision-forward company and like carrying our brand throughout the industry. Their team was receptive to our thoughts about how we wanted to be perceived. They translated that into a site.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they did a great job. Overall, I was happy.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Walk into the project knowing what you want. If you don’t know what you want when building a site, it probably won’t turn out the way you expected it to.

I work for Moffat & Nichol, which is an infrastructure advisory firm. We provide engineering design services and scientific services as well. It encompasses everything from marine and waterfront to freeways and coastal engineering. I’m the marketing director of the firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Expedition Co.?

We had an outdated website that didn’t speak to what we do. It was difficult to edit, so we had to do all of that work through a developer. We also brainstormed with them on the best way to demonstrate our services and our capabilities in a modern, fresh way, that was within the standards of our industry. Still, we wanted to push the envelope a little bit and show ourselves as an industry leader through the design and functionality of the site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

It started with a brainstorming session where they came to our corporate office. We went through what we wanted from the site, which was the ability to prove our capabilities, and to attract talent to the company. We needed to improve recruiting efforts through the website.

They went back to their office and came up with a few concepts. They presented the first concept to myself and the brand manager, we requested some refinements, they made those changes. We went through some internal struggle on how we wanted to present our service capabilities, and they brainstormed that as well.

They designed it in Webflow, it’s scalable for mobile and tablet devices. They enhanced SEO on the site and made it ADA compliant as well.

Now we’re in beta testing and they’re loading content onto the site. We’re working through a few small changes.

I’m working with a group of four people.

How did you come to work with Expedition Co.?

Our marketing communication coordinator researched some options for developers. We had several requirements. First, We wanted there to be a sizable staff to ensure we can have a long-term relationship with the company.  Second, Local to our area so we can meet with them in person.

We made a few phone calls and received rough quotes. Then we met with three different companies and landed on Expedition Co.

Their initial presentation was very good. They had already done some research on our company and website. They were very personable and pleasant to talk to. Their portfolio was strong and their price was in our range.

We liked that they didn’t require a monthly subscription because our site doesn’t need regular maintenance.

The project lasted from June 2019–March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The entire executive team is happy with the look and feel of the site. It. Brings us forward with a more modern look and better functionality. They appreciate the careers page, which will help us recruit because it shows personnel on a more relatable level. We are now able to highlight people, which can be a great feature for our industry.

How did Expedition Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is really good. I can talk to the designer, the account manager, and the billing office, all depending on what I need.

They were collaborative from start to finish, providing their suggestions. They demonstrated what they've done to for other clients and helped us conceptualize the way that it would function on our site.

Their turnaround time is remarkable. Some changes are done in minutes, and others are typically done within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they run projects. They maintain a personal touch. Web developers can sometimes be difficult to brainstorm with, but their team was fabulous to work with. On top of that, their execution is top notch.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything.

Come to the table with some ideas in hand with what you want for the site, but keep an open mind to their suggestions. They have a lot of best practices and experience in mind.

We have a client that is a large women’s membership-based volunteer organization, and they get a lot of anecdotal complaints about their website. It doesn’t perform to its full potential as either a lead-generation or a donation execution platform for the brand, so they are missing a lot of opportunity to educate site users, secure new members, and capture donations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The first step of the project has been to conduct an audit of the entire site. Through a combination of user testing, content evaluation, and site mapping, Expedition Co. provided a comprehensive list of recommendations and material changes that would need to be considered before they start the redesign and development process for their website.

On a more granular level, Expedition Co. was responsible for a quantitative analysis based on the Google Analytics they had in place in order to be able to report what the current performance was to form a basis for evaluating the new site.

What is the team composition?

We worked with between 4–5 members of their team throughout the project.

How did you come to work with Expedition Co.?

We had a few points of connection with them that made them an easy choice when we started looking for a partner on this project. The founder of our agency knew one of their principals, and they had done a little work for our website a little while ago. Because we had that experience them, it was easy to sell their frontend UX capabilities to the client.

What is the status of this engagement?

We went through the whole process, from signing the contract to presenting our results to their executive team, between August–November 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The two success metrics that we used to measure their performance were fairly distinct. One was completing the critical amount of user testing within the narrowed range of users that we were able to talk to. Once we knew who the contacts were, Expedition Co. was awesome at getting everything scheduled, and they were able to deliver a ton of data that was quickly synthesized for our purposes.

The ultimate success metric, after that, was whether we would be able to make a compelling case as to why this redesign is necessary. That was also achieved, as demonstrated by the fact that we are about to launch into that new development process.

How did Expedition Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed as well as I could have hoped. There were few instances where their team interacted directly with our client, so in a way, it was as if they were working with me. Their collaboration was tremendous, and they were able to make the execution of the audit process almost completely flawless.

No matter who we were working with, they were always really quick to respond and very professional. They preferred to just hop on the phone and work through an issue right then and there, rather than bouncing messages back and forth for days, which I really appreciated.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to collaborate as if we were on the same team was completely seamless. We’re in New York and they’re in LA, but it never felt like we were playing catch up with them or wasting time because of the proactive approach and resourcefulness that they brought to the work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish that we had been able to show more technically what our recommendations were going to be. However, we made the decision at the beginning of the project that our pitch to the client would resonate more if it focused more on the ideas and the numbers behind them without getting too into the weeds of design solutions.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise anyone working with Expedition Co. to over-emphasize what type of individuals your clients are, including what they like, what they don’t like, what their strengths are, and what their weaknesses are. They are very good at adapting their strategy to different client personalities and will be able to maximize their performance based on that information.

What challenge were you trying to address with Expedition Co.?

We were looking to streamline and update our client portal, which is primarily used for communication. We needed the new platform to remove the back-and-forth correspondence and paper generated by the old process.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Expedition Co. created an online shopping system that allows our customers to log in and see every single product and price offered by our company. They handled design efforts as well as front- and backend work using MagicEngine and UnitHub.

Their team also provided database management. They integrated configuration tools and processes to connect a whole host of internal systems. This was in order to smooth out the process of generating and building devices on the front- and backend to adhere to our complex systems. Our project phases included initial concepts, wireframing, and then beta testing with key customers.

What is the team composition?

My initial contact was Kevin (Product Owner and QA Lead, Expedition Co.). He brought Jesse (Founder and Partner, Expedition Co.) and Isaac (Founder and Partner, Expedition Co.) in to work through the project with me. Sean (CTO, Expedition Co.) came on board to help with backend design. Kevin (Product Design Lead, Expedition Co.) worked on the frontend interface. There were also many individuals working on the project at different points with whom I had no contact.

I came to know Expedition Co. through a friend of a friend. After considering several agencies, they stood apart from the rest in terms of understanding our needs.

Expedition Co. met every timeline and KPI set throughout the scope of the project. Customer feedback has been incredibly positive regarding the portal’s functionality, beautiful design, and brand compliance.
