Fenix Space Title Page

Fenix Space is a space satellite launch client where we developed their branding and website from the ground up. This client conducts B to B business and is geared towards informing their customers and establishing the key differences from conventional satellite launch methods to their own.

Fenix Space Moodboard

Our moodboard design showcases the client-approved brand strategy that was developed. These assets would be expanded on throughout the site and sets the motif of the how we want to take the direction of the site.

Here are a few examples of how we executed some of those design elements into the website that combined with a strategic marketing strategy.

Here is a brief showcase of the final product. To the left is a snapshot of some of the sales pages, while on the right, we feature the course itself.

Nonnies Nectar Title Slide

Nonnie's Nectar is an up-and-coming CBD brand where their services are predominantly done on an e-commerce platform. We helped elevate their pre-existing web experience as well as take on branded special offer campaigns and a social media revamp.

Nonnie's Nectar Web Pages

This showcase demonstrates the improvements made to their pre-existing site where we optimized their homepage and product pages.

Nonnie's Nectar Product Photography Shots

We also shot all of their product photos in our in-house studio where we are capable of taking alternate shots as well to show off the product.

Nonnie's Nectar Special Offer Campaign Design

This slide features some of the special offer campaigns we created throughout the year.

Nonnie's Nectar Social Media Revamp

Because they were an ecommerce brand that relied on a heavy social media presence, we revamped their Instagram by coming up with custom instagram post templates that matched their updated branding which we would create for them on a weekly basis. This slide demonstrates a quick before and after of how their Instagram feed changed.

Amavara Title Slide

Amavara is a sunscreen brand that had zero brand assets to work with. We developed their logo, complete brand strategy, product design, as well as their entire website and custom e-commerce experience. This transcended to other assets such as model shoots, social campaigns, video reels, and much more.

Amavara Style Guide Excerpt

When developing their logo and branding, we also created an in-depth style guide and brand guide that can be easily used by anyone. This slide quickly features some of the brand standards that were set in place for their style guide.

Amavara Web Experience

Amavara's brand strategy was geared towards millennial women and in our web experience we demonstrate a brand system that speaks to that demographic.

Conscious Co-Parenting Institute Title Slide

Conscious Co-Parenting Institute is a client that caters to retaining a healthy relationship with your kids during times of separation or divorce. We were brought on to revamp their branding and begin to take on their funnel strategy.

Conscious Co-Parenting Institute Moodboard

Here we feature the final client-approved moodboard that showcases the brand strategy moving forward for their website as well as other assets.

Concious Co-Parenting Institute Web Experience

These two pages showcase the opt in and thank you page upsell that are entry points to one of their main funnels. These pages were both designed custom and then implemented as a custom template.

Total Marriage Makeover Title Slide

Total Marriage Makeover is a client that works with families to try and build stronger relationships by addresses possible trauma in the brain and reincorporating to practices into how you communicate with your spouse. We created their branding from scratch, including designing their logo, as well as executing a complete funnel for one of their flagship products.

Total Marriage Makeover Moodboard

This slide showcases the logo design and basic style guide for their branding.

Total Marriage Makeover Funnel Design 1/3

These pages feature the opt-in page and thank you page upsell as the entry point to the funnel. As we dug into the avatar, we realized that people coming from a potentially failing marriage would be feeling emotions like stress, anxiety, and possibly fear. Our design strategy was geared towards creating a space that felt calm, welcoming, and peaceful as if they have finally found the right place and they were in the right

hands, foreshadowing the "after state" we hope to inspire in our customers after they have purchased. By featuring elements of nature throughout the funnel, this only amplifies the feelings we are trying to portray.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We specialize in business training and development. I’m the chairman and CEO.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandetize?

I hired them almost two decades ago to help with audio and video recording projects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work together on a profit-sharing basis and sell audio recordings, videos, training programs, and business courses. We process several simultaneous projects each year, and recently recorded promotional materials for a new goal setting program that will roll out to the entire English-speaking world.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Eric (CEO & Cofounder, Brandetize), who leads a team of about 30 people.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend between $1 million–$2 million each year on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked together for 18–19 years. The collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started by selling our products for as little as $10. That has grown to several thousand dollars per course, and we now sell $200,000–$300,000 of recordings and programs each month. The goal setting program has a huge marketing and sales potential and will open doors for our other products. We expect it will generate greater sales for multiple products and services.

How did Brandetize perform from a project management standpoint?

I would rate them very highly. Their people are familiar with all of our products and resources, and they have our potential profitability in mind. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and they always deliver on time. We have several mutual interests, and are very invested in one another.

What did you find most impressive about them?

This is probably the best business relationship I've had in my life. In my many businesses, I have earned several hundred million dollars for myself and my partners. My relationship with Brandetize is easily among the most profitable of all my partnerships.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I think they should improve. We have a long history with them, and we’ve never had an issue.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hire them. I am always eager to refer new business to them.

Feedback summary:

The competitor evaluation research significantly helped the client make intentional choices that differentiated themselves in the marketplace. The Brandetize team prioritized marketing strategy in addition to design, building up the new brand’s presence online.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the president of a small satellite launch system called Fenix Space.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandetize?

We wanted to prepare for our marketing launch by building up our web presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brandetize provided us branding and messaging, which involved a thorough competitor analysis. That work ensured that our branding would differentiate us from our competition. From there, they guided us toward goals, missions, and various approaches to operations.

They put together an in-depth platform that has assisted us with developing a mission statement, tagline, value proposition, brand promise, and more. All of their work has now been incorporated into our overall brand strategy, including colors, typography, and stylistic elements, all of which are reflected on our website.

What is the team composition?

We primarily worked with a designated project manager and four core teammates, including an SEO specialist, an analyst, a brand designer, and a communications professional. The CEO was involved as well.

How did you come to work with Brandetize?

I found them through a referral from a mutual contact.

How much have you invested?

We spent about $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We the project lasted from January–April 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The independent competitor market and consumer research added a lot of value to our company. The competitor analysis gave us an assessment of where we wanted to position our brand, which provided great insight into what we needed to do from a communications perspective. In that way, they did much more than just design a website for us.

How did Brandetize perform from a project management standpoint?

There was a combination of weekly remote meetings and monthly in-person meetings. They used Microsoft Project to manage the workflow, making changes as needed in real time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They took a more strategic approach to their work than others. Some agencies are very design-focused whereas Brandetize produces the end result based on a thorough environmental and internal analysis. Spending the time upfront on that helped us achieve a good result.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they were flexible to work with and very accommodating throughout.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important to spend time upfront providing them with background on your industry and market. Having that information is crucial to Brandetize bringing you ideas for direction and yielding great results.
