Since it’s a B2B app, we would consider it successful if it attracted around 1,000 doctors. There are still only a few users because the Android app was only soft-launched. We have received feedback on Google Play for the application. One of the options that users have liked is the ability to order medical supplies from nearby stores at the lowest price. Users also like the ability to talk to their doctors, especially since many clinics don’t like to share doctor contact information. For many patients, the app is the only way of talking to their doctor. We haven’t seen many bugs or crashes on the app.

Access to designs on Lucidchart & Zeplin have to shared and treated with the required confidentiality. We agreed early on who the main contact person for each Team is, but also stressed the fact that discussions are open between all Team members, where possible. Input from all levels of Team members is heard, discussed and applied where applicable, but central to our working together is the mutual respect shown by both sides of the relationship.
