• Development: they built the website from scratch and used an existing content management system (CMS) to create custom templates and modules.
• Testing: once the website was developed, they conducted a range of tests to ensure it functions correctly across different devices, browsers, and operating systems. This included testing for usability, accessibility, and security. Deployment: once the website was tested and approved, the developer deployed it to the my hosting service.

The website was completely recreated from scratch. We implemented SEO optimization and have done a lot of work for internal API sync with the suppliers, payment and delivery services. After this we have significantly increased the effectiveness of uploading and editing processes for items in the store.

The process of fulfilling the orders became a lot more streamlined and convenient. Last but not least, we have greatly increased our ratings with the online search systems and increased the volume of sales.

I felt from the very beginning that my needs have been put in the very center. The company was focused on the overall success of this project for my business, advised on the key aspects of the process and they were more of strategic consultants, or even partners on this journey with me, definitely not a regular client/business relationship.

I was really impressed with the individual approach, attention to details and great customer service. Even now, almost a year after the main part of the project was finished, they are still delivering great service supporting my website and responding/fixing any of the issues super fast.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Genflix could have done differently?

There's always room for improvement at any company, but I think Genflix is on a great trajectory here. They're eager to take on new challenges and master new skills or find someone with that specialized skill set to join the team if the project requires that.
